Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulation of execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement El objeto de la invención es un sistema para la conservación de cenizas mortuorias en espacios memoriales de edificios que comprende un paramento vertical compuesto por una estructura que presenta en su interior una serie de huecos alineados y provistos de puertas frontales, para la colocación de urnas conteniendo cenizas; y por una superficie perimetral enrasada con la superficie frontal de la estructura y que oculta las paredes lateral y posterior de la estructura, así como el espacio comprendido entre el contorno de la estructura y las paredes, suelo y techo de la estancia del edificio. Se caracteriza dicho sistema por comprender un ara comunitaria conformada por una peana hueca, para el vertido de cenizas y una tapa; y porque comprende unos paneles translúcidos, con unas placas de inscripción en prolongación con la superficie perimetral, indicada anteriormente, al menos a un lado de la estructura, estando fijados estos paneles translúcidos a las paredes de la estancia, estando dotados de medios de retroiluminación (Reivindicaciones 1-3) El documento D01 divulga un sistema para la conservación de cenizas mortuorias en edificaciones no funerarias que comparte con la invención la parte correspondiente al paramento vertical, sin embargo no menciona el revestimiento a base de paneles translúcidos retroiluminados ni la existencia de un ara comunitaria (figura 1) El documento D02 se refiere a muros translúcidos retroiluminados, aunque no se fabrican fijando los paneles translúcidos directamente a las paredes de la estancia en las que se han fijado los medios de iluminación (figuras 2-4) Ninguno de los documentos citados, tomados solos o en combinación, revelan la invención definida en las reivindicaciones 1-3. Además, en los documentos citados no hay sugerencia que dirija al experto en la materia hacia la invención definida en las reivindicaciones 1-3. Por lo tanto, el objeto de estas reivindicaciones cumple los requisitos de novedad y actividad inventiva según los Art, 6.1 y 8.1 de la Ley de Patentes 11/86. Furthermore, in the cited documents there is no suggestion that directs the person skilled in the art towards the invention defined in claims 1-3. Therefore, the object of these claims meets the requirements of novelty and inventive activity according to Art, 6.1 and 8.1 of Patent Law 11/86.
