Detailed description of the invention

The object of the invention relates to a hinge mounting system in thermally insulating glass doors, such as those used in refrigerating display cabinets or similar applications, formed by a structural assembly comprising two facing crystals (1), between which is provided with a separating element (2) that establishes a hermetic seal on the contour between both crystals (1), determining an inner chamber of the door in which an inert gas can be introduced to improve the thermal insulation efficiency of the door and avoid fogging.

According to the invention, the separating element (2) that is arranged between the crystals (1) of the door formation, determines in the areas destined for the placement of hinges (3), a fence (4) defining a space (5 ) isolated from the rest of the chamber that is defined inside the door between the windows (1); in whose space (5) a filling, for example with insulating foam, can be included to maintain thermal insulation conditions throughout the door.

This document discloses a hinge mounting system in thermal glass doors, formed by two glass sheets, which has a separator between the two sheets that closes this hole in its perimeter part. The separating element determines an isolated area of the chamber between the two crystals, which allows the corresponding hinges to be placed therein, either by means of fastened or screwed fasteners, in the same way as the request.
