Abstract

1.-Tray for palletizing bottles, of the type constituted by a laminar body in which holes are established for the passage of the neck of the bottles and protuberances for coupling the base of said bottles, so that each tray supports a certain number of bottles, while each level of bottles in turn holds the tray immediately above, characterized in that it consists of a rigid plastic plate (1), which corresponds to each hole (3) for passage of the neck of the bottles, it incorporates 10 a bottom skirt (4), divergent in descending direction, provided with openings (5) open towards its free edge, determining fins (6) elastically deformable, adapting to the neck of the bottles, while as a means of fixing for the base of said bottles incorporates trunk-conical protuberances (7), formally and dimensionally suitable for coupling by

15 coining to the classic recessed trunk-conical of the aforementioned base of the bottles, so that between trays and bottles three records of relative immobilization are established, one at the level of the base of the bottles and two at the level of its neck.

2. Tray for palletizing bottles, according to claim 1, characterized in that the rigid plastic plate (1) is stiffened by an outer perimeter rib (2) emerging from its lower face.

25 characterized in that the rigid plastic plate is further rigidified by reinforcement ribs, forming a reticular mesh and metal rods integrated therein if necessary.

4.-Tray for palletizing bottles, according to claim 3,

30 characterized in that the rigid plastic plate (1) incorporates grooves (10) preferably in correspondence with certain protrusions alignments (7 '), these protrusions (7') being in turn affected by channels (8) aligned with the channels ( 10) cited and divergent profile towards its mouth, for passage and coupling of metal rods (9).

5.-Tray for palletizing bottles, according to claims I and 2,

5 characterized in that in correspondence with its corners it incorporates a hole (12) and a crest (13) emerging from its upper face, a crest configured and placed in order to constitute a centering stop in the direct stacking between two trays, while the hole (12 ) extends inferiorly in a neck (14) acting as a spacer between trays and intended for the passage of a fixing screw between them

10 when stiffening of a certain level of palletizing is foreseen through the direct union of two trays.

6.-Tray for palletizing bottles, according to previous claims, characterized in that while the protuberances (7 ') intended to receive 15 to the metal reinforcement rods (9) are closed superiorly, the rest of the protuberances (7) are provided with a wide hole (8) at the level of its upper base, which in addition to lightening the material of the tray, constitute the optional fixing means for a series of plastic slats (16), equipped with harpoons (17), tubular and elastically defonnables by means of cuts (18), destined to

20 stay inside the hollow of the protuberances (7) and to engage in the mouth of the corresponding holes (8), slats that turn the tray to which they are fixed on a pallet.
