Abstract

Sistema de control combinado de la potencia consumida en un horno y una encimera vitrocerámica. De especial aplicación en viviendas y locales de hostelería, dicho sistema de control (1) está basado en la actuación combinada de un horno (10) doméstico y una encimera (20) vitrocerámica, de manera que la puesta en funcionamiento de ambos equipos se realiza de forma totalmente sincronizada y controlada, evitando en todo momento sobrepasar un valor límite de potencia previamente asignado al conjunto de horno (10) y encimera (20), consiguiendo con ello evitar problemas relacionados con cortes en el suministro eléctrico, los cuales provocan a menudo la desconexión de los equipos de cocinado, horno (10) y encimera (20) y con ello, la pérdida de los valores programados de potencia, temperatura, funciones (cocción, asador, tostador, grill, etc.), tiempos, etc.
