Abstract
Útil de elevación y volteo de módulos de colectores cilindro parabólicos y procedimiento de fijación del mismo que consta de tres partes: medios de elevación y volteo del módulo de colector cilindro parabólico (con amarre (4) para la cadena que une el módulo al sistema de elevación y el eje de rotación (7) del útil), medios de fijación del útil al módulo de colector cilindro parabólico (piezas de fijación (1) que unen el módulo y el útil y un bulón que une el módulo con el perfil de reacciones) y medios de seguridad de la sujeción (dos pasadores de seguridad (2, 3) y los anclajes (6) de los pasadores). El uso del útil permite realizar la operación de elevación y volteo del módulo colector solar con sólo un puente grúa y un solo útil mejorando la producción y la seguridad.Tool for lifting and turning parabolic trough collector modules and fixing procedure consisting of three parts: lifting and tipping means of the parabolic trough collector module (with tie down (4) for the chain that joins the module to the system of elevation and the axis of rotation (7) of the tool), means for fixing the tool to the parabolic trough collector module (fixing parts (1) that join the module and the tool and a bolt that joins the module with the reaction profile ) and safety means of the fastening (two safety pins (2, 3) and the anchors (6) of the pins). The use of the tool allows to perform the lifting and turning operation of the solar collector module with only a crane bridge and a single tool, improving production and safety.
