Abstract

Selector de señales para canales de televisión digital por cable, equipamiento de terminal de red óptica y método para seleccionar canales de televisión digital. El selector comprende: - una primera entrada (701) de RF para recibir, a través de un cable de fibra óptica, señales de entrada que transportan canales de televisión digital sobre un rango de frecuencia de entrada que comprende la banda VHF I, la banda intermedia VHF, la banda VHF S y la hiperbanda UHF; - medios de filtrado (731 y 734) dispuestos para seleccionar y desplazar al menos parte de dichas señales de entrada, incluyendo los canales de televisión que éstas transportan, en un rango de frecuencia de trabajo deseado, no incluido por dicho rango de frecuencia de entrada, con una entrada del primer de ellos (731) conectada a dicha primera entrada (701) para recibir al menos parte de dichas señales de entrada y teniendo dichos medios de filtrado (734) una salida para proporcionar dichas señales en dicho rango de frecuencia de trabajo deseado a una entrada de RF de al menos un sintonizador de televisión digital; y - medios (750) de control para controlar el funcionamiento de dichos medios de filtrado (731 y 734). El ONT comprende el selector de señales. El método comprende llevar a cabo las funciones descritas para el selector de señales.
