Abstract

Dispositivo afilador de cuchillos y herramientas análogas de corte, que se caracteriza esencialmente por estar constituído por un conjunto de elementos acoplado a un medio motor, constando de una muela circular provista, en la zona de su orificio central y a ambas caras, de sendos rebajes y de unas bocas troncocónicas, de los que los primeros reciben arandelas de montaje, mientras que dentro de las segundas se introducen las bases menores de dos placas o platos asimismo troncocónicos fijos, perforados igualmente en su centro y poseedores de un reborde anular, viniendo atravesadas todas estas piezas por un eje con extremidad roscada, sobre el que aparecen unos casquillos con dos cuellos que penetran holgadamente en los orificios de aquellos platos troncocónicos de cuyos casquillos uno es roscado para su acoplamiento al mencionado eje, el cual pertenece a un electromotor, hallándose protegida la muela con una tapa o escudo con aberturas que permiten el acceso a la misma por parte de la herramienta a tratar.
