A la vista de lo que se conoce del documento D1 no se considera que requiera ningún esfuerzo inventivo para un experto en la materia desarrollar una pantalla como la descrito en la reivindicación 4. Por consiguiente, la invención reivindicada en la reivindicación 4 no implica actividad inventiva. Los auriculares inalámbricos que sean de uso personal no añade una característica técnica de la invención, por tanto la reivindicación 5 no tiene actividad inventiva (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986). El hecho de que los auriculares inalámbricos estén incorporados en las propias butacas, esto se encuentra en las reivindicaciones 5 y 6 del documento D1 y en las figuras 2 y 3. La reivindicación 6 no implica actividad inventiva. Wireless headphones that are for personal use do not add a technical feature of the invention, therefore claim 5 has no inventive activity (Art. 8.1 LP 11/1986).
