Abstract
Escalpelo laser (2) cona) un cuerpo de escalpelo (12) de un material transmisor para la radiaciOnlaser de por lo menos un rango predeterminado de longitudes de onda,b) en el que el cuerpo de escalpelo (12) presenta un fib o de escalpelo (20) yun dorso de escalpelo (21) y en el que el filo de escalpelo y el dorso deescalpelo se juntan en una punta (22),C) en el que el cuerpo de escalpelo (12) ademas presenta, en una parteposterior (23), mirando hacia el lado opuesto de la lamina de escalpelo, unasuperficie de acoplamiento (EF) para acoplar la radiaci6n laser (L),d) medios (3) para el acoplamiento de la radiaci6n laser (L) con el cuerpo deescalpelo (12) mediante la superficie de acoplamiento, cuyo eje óptico (LA)transcurre de forma paralela con respecto al dorso de escalpelo (21),e) en el que la superficie de acoplamiento (EF) en el cuerpo de escalpelo (12)se posiciona y se dimensiona de tab manera que una parte de la radiaciónlaser (L) acoplada a la superficie de acoplamiento (EF) se refleja en el dorsodel escalpelo (21), al menos parcialmente, mediante la reflexiOn interna haciael filo del escalpelo (20) y en el que otra parte de la radiacion laser (L),acoplada a la superficie de acoplamiento (EF), se propaga directamente atraves del cuerpo de escalpelo (12) hacia su fib o de escalpelo (20) o su punta(22), respectivamente,caracterizado por el hecho de quef) el angulo de acoplamiento (a) forma un angulo entre 25º y45ºentre el ejeoptico (LA) de los medios de acoplamiento de la radiaci6n laser y la normal dela superficie (N) de la superficie de acoplamiento para la radiaciOn laser (L) enla superficie de acoplamiento (EF)g) y la superficie de acoplamiento (EF) presenta una distancia mayor (h2) deldorso de escalpelo (21) que desde la superficie inferior (24) del cuerpo delescalpelo (12) que conecta el fib o de escalpelo (20) con el extremo que mirahacia el lado opuesto de la punta (22) con la parte posterior (23) del cuerpodel escalpelo (12).
