Abstract

Procedimiento para el tratamiento de materias textiles compuestas de o que contienen lana u otras fibras animales capaces de encoger y fieltrar, que consiste en someter dichos materiales a la acción de soluciones acuosas de peróxidos o persales o compuestos de ellos, capaces de desprender oxígeno de concentración bastante y por tiempo suficiente para reducir la tendencia de la lana u otras fibras animales a fieltrar mientras se mantiene el ph de tales soluciones a un valor de o a 12 para aminorar el deterioro y degeneración de la lana u otras fibras animales.
