Description

Electric conductor for an energy accumulator. The present invention relates to an electrical conductor for the parallel and / or series connection of several energy accumulation units of an energy accumulator with separate contact connections, fixed along the electrical conductor, to connect poles. positive and / or negative poles of the energy accumulation units as well as a corresponding energy accumulator. Document DE-A-102004062676 discloses a driver according to the preamble of claim 1. Energy accumulators of this type are used, for example, in motor vehicles, in particular with electric or hybrid drives. Energy accumulators usually consist of several cells, which are electrically connected. In particular, for hybrid car vehicles, many cells must be connected both in parallel (to increase the capacity) and also in series (to increase the voltage). In the required compact construction type of the energy accumulators, significant temperature fluctuations occur during the operation of the energy accumulator, given that the surrounding temperature is subject in the case of automobile vehicles also to notable oscillations. In addition, the technical problem persists that, in the case of high currents, considerable cross-sections of conduit must be provided. Another technical problem is represented by the vibrations and shocks that appear during the operation of automobile vehicles. The invention therefore raises the problem of proposing an electric conductor as well as a corresponding energy accumulator, with which, despite the aforementioned technical problems, a safe operation is guaranteed with an optimal sheep hauling of m and also a simple assembly with the propensity for breakdowns as small as possible. This problem is solved by the characteristics of claims 1 and 9. Advantageous improvements of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims. Within the framework of the invention all combinations of at least two of the characteristics indicated in the description of the claims and / or the figures are also included. In the case of margins of indicated values, the values within the indicated limits must be valid as known limit values and be required in a discretionary combination. The invention is based on the idea of providing a flexible connection system or a flexible electric conductor with which component tolerances and length variations due to temperature fluctuations can be compensated, which can be done by flexible sections between the connections of connection. The sections are therefore manufactured, preferably, with flexible material and do not have rigid components. The flexible sections are at the same time, with advantage, longer than the sections of the contact connections, especially at least two, preferably five, times longer. In an advantageous structure of the invention, the energy accumulation units are configured as an accumulator cell and the energy accumulator is configured as an accumulator block. In another structure according to the invention, the contact connections are configured as contact plates. Thanks to the fact that the electric conductor is configured as a flexible conductor, especially not insulated, a large cross section can be made on the one hand and in the area of the flexible sections flexibility is guaranteed by the flexible conductor that can be fold easily. With the renunciation of a coating, the greatest possible flexibility is achieved. Advantageously, the contact connections have, in particular in the case of parallel connections, a cross-section of conduit smaller than the flexible conductor, whereby the construction space can be maintained in the area of the cell connections as small as possible. To the extent that the contact connections for the connection to the positive poles are formed of another material, especially aluminum, than the material, especially copper or nickel-plated steel, than the contact connections for the connection of the negative poles, On the one hand, a qualitatively high quality contact is achieved and, because of the least possible corrosion problems during the combination of metals with different electrochemical voltage potentials, a long life of the contact connections is guaranteed. With advantage, the contact plates are made of tape plated by lamination. An embodiment in which the contact connections to the positive poles and / or the negative poles can be welded can be especially preferred.

The contact connections have a positive pole connection side and a negative pole connection side the positive pole connection side being formed of another material, especially aluminum, that the material, especially copper, of the connection side of Negative pole. In this way, it is only necessary to manufacture a kind of contact connections, which has positive effects on the production costs of the contact connections.

Gracias a la medida tecnica de que las conexiones de contacto esten fijadas mediante puntos de union en forma de conexiones en union positiva, en especial conexiones soldadas o engarzadas a presion, en el conductor electrico o esten sujetas a un conductor flexible, esta garantizada una conexion segura, incluso en caso de vibraciones fuertes Thanks to the technical measure that the contact connections are fixed by means of union points in the form of positive union connections, especially welded or crimped connections, in the electric conductor or are attached to a flexible conductor, a connection is guaranteed safe, even in case of strong vibrations

To the extent that at the same time a joint connection takes place by material of the contact connections to the positive pole and / or the negative pole of the energy accumulation units, preferably by welding, a fault due to The separation of the electrical connection. As a particularly effective welding technology, laser or ultrasound welding is considered in the present case, taking place towards the units of energy accumulation by laser welding and of the contact connections to the conduction, especially the flexible conductor, by ultrasonic welding. This creates a homogeneous connection with a minimum or least possible transition resistance.

Advantageously, a connection conductor of the cell tension is provided at one of the junction points, it is preferably soldered together, to obtain, during a carriage process and during operation, safe information and without disturbances about the state of each unit of energy accumulation.

Other advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the description of examples of preferred embodiments as well as on the basis of the drawings, in which:

Along the flexible conductor 1, contact plates 2, 2 'are added by means of junction points 3 whereby a permanent and intimate electrical contact is established between the connection plates 2, 2' and the flexible conductor 1.

The contact plates 2, 2 'are connected, through clamping sections 4, 4' to the poles 5, 5 ', represented in Figure 2, of accumulator cells 6 of the accumulator block 7, and this by welding .

The connection of the voltage connection conductor of the cell 9 takes place with advantage by means of a connection 10 which is preferably formed as a RADSOK plug.

Between the connection sections 11, or, between the connection points 3, flexible sections 12 are provided, which are formed here by the flexible conductor 1, given that the structure as a flexible conductor 1 and without prior compaction of the flexible conductor in flexible zones 12 ensures the flexibility of flexible zones 12, so that tolerance compensation is possible in all directions of the coordinate system, also along flexible conductor 1.

A special eye is particularly important for the assembly and that a special time of the electric conductor in the energy accumulator is carried out through the structuring of the contact plates 2, 2 'as rectangular inserts with clamping sections 4, 4' which protrude from the flexible conductor 1.

The clamping sections 4, which are welded to the negative poles 5, are advantageously made from copper or nickel-plated steel, while the clamping sections 4 ', which are welded to the positive poles 5' of accumulator cells 6 they are advantageously made from aluminum, so that with the negative poles 5 and the positive poles 5 'of the accumulator cells 6 they are made of materials that correspond to it.

The connection of the energy accumulator according to Figure 2 can also take place with advantage by means of a RADSOK connection socket / socket.
