2. Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement

The patent under study describes in claim 1 an armor for interiors intended for the wall, floor or ceiling by means of a perimeter frame and a combination of rectangular contour modules fixed to each other and to the perimeter frame by tongue and groove.

Document D01 describes an armored modular construction consisting of modular wall, floor and ceiling elements, joined together by tongue and groove thanks to a connection element. Unlike the patent under study, document D01 does not specify a perimeter gap, however, it is considered that this technical characteristic is simply one of several obvious possibilities that an expert in the field would select according to the circumstances, without the exercise of inventive activity , to solve the problem. Therefore, in view of what is known in document D01, it is not considered that it requires any inventive effort for a person skilled in the art to develop a system as described in claim 1.

Claim 2 and 5 describe the technical characteristics of the modular element.

Claim 3 describes the technical characteristics of the perimeter frame.

Claim 4 states that the joints between modules are anti-lever joints.

Claim 6 describes transverse profiles in omega that are screwed simultaneously to the profiles of the modules and to the vertical posts housed therein.

None of documents D01 to D04 disclose the technical characteristics described in claim 2 and 6. Therefore, the view of documents D01 to D04 meet the requirements of novelty and inventive activity.

Claims 3-5 are dependent on claim 2 and as such they meet the requirements of novelty and inventive activity in view of documents D01 to D04.
