Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement La presente solicitud se refiere a una composición para masaje después del afeitado que se obtiene mezclando a partes iguales dos ingredientes agua de colonia de lavanda y leche corporal que contenga glicerina La materia correspondiente a la reivindicación 1 de la presente solicitud carece de actividad inventiva (Artículo 8.1 LP) por las siguientes razones: El documento D1 se refiere a composiciones tópicas para aliviar y tratar dolencias de las manos y de la piel como dermatitis, sequedad excema atópico, picor, etc. Estas formulaciones contienen entre otros componentes (ver ejemplos) glicerina y aceite de lavanda. El documento D2 se refiere a un compuesto en forma de líquido o pasta para aplicar a las uñas o cutículas para que crezcan más fuerte. Este producto contiene aceite de coco, aceite de lavanda y glicerina El documento D3 se refiere a un agente desodorizante para el calzado que contiene resorcina, aceite de lavanda, glicerina y etanol. Esta composición tiene propiedades desinfectantes gracias a la resorcina y al aceite de lavanda. El documento D4 trata de una composición tópica para tratar quemaduras, heridas y prurito que contiene aceite de visón, glicerina, lanolina, alcohol, aceite de lavanda y trietanolamina. El documento D5 se refiere a una crema facial para tratar la sequedad y la piel envejecida que contiene trietanolamina, glicerina, aceite de lavanda, para hidroxibenzoato. El documento D6 se refiere a una toallita húmeda de uso médico con capacidad desinfectante. Está impregnada por una solución formada por lanolina, lavanda, aloe, glicerol y agua. En consecuencia, a la vista de los documentos citados (D1-D6), si bien se podría reconocer que la invención es nueva, no implica actividad inventiva según el artículo 8.1 L.P ya que el compuesto de la invención comprende componentes que dentro del campo de la cosmética son habitualmente conocidos y utilizados en el estado de la técnica (leches corporales con glicerina y aromas como la lavanda). En ausencia de un efecto técnico asociado a la combinación recogida en la reivindicación 1 de la presente solicitud (50% de cada componente), se considera que esta combinación es el resultado de una selección considerando elementos conocidos en el estado de la técnica, y por lo tanto, sería muy evidente para un experto en la materia la combinación propuesta en la presente solicitud en que se mezclan los componentes a partes iguales, lavanda y con capacidad antiséptica y desinfectante y glicerina con capacidad hidratante.
