Addendum to patent application No. P 200802705, entitled: "Self-supporting modular olive harvesting equipment and collection procedure".

Object of the addition

The second object of this addition is to emphasize the importance of the reception, lifting and unloading systems in the modular equipment container, independent of the fruit collection procedures, so that they are claimed independently of the way in which the olives or other fruits are deposited in the aforementioned reception system for lifting and unloading in the container.

Finally, it has been estimated that the present invention is also useful for the collection of other fruits such as almonds, pistachios, etc. Therefore, it is considered convenient to claim other fruits.

Background

With date, the invention was introduced called "Self-supporting modular olive harvesting equipment and collection procedure", under application number P 200802705, equipment consisting of one or more modules each containing a winding cylinder driven by a motor, a mantle and a bundle, along with other elements that allow greater optimization of the olive harvesting process.

In said inventive embodiment, a collection procedure was claimed with several machines (we understood by machine the container assembly and the modular equipment mounted on it, all of which are dragged or self-propelled) working in series. Subsequently it has been devised that with the use of complementary mantles to collect the olives or other fruits demolished in the mantles of the equipment, it is possible to significantly increase the power and flexibility of the system since with only one machine it is collected what previously required three, By having lower investment costs, they are consequently reduced from collection.

Description of the invention

Description of a preferred embodiment

To complement the foregoing description and in order to help a better understanding of the features of the invention, a detailed description of a preferred embodiment will be made, supported by a set of drawings that accompany this specification, and in where merely indicative and non-limiting, what will be explained below will be represented.

This preferred embodiment is that of a container with two modular equipment, placed in the front part of the sides of the container. The way to deposit the olives (21) in the mantles (1) is the first of the statements, in which the olives are bagged and dragged by the complementary mantles.
