The fire rescue device proposed by the invention solves in a fully satisfactory manner the above-mentioned problem, thanks to its special structure, extremely compact, resistant and easy to install.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the aforementioned figures, it can be seen how the rescue device proposed by the invention is constituted from a base column (1), tubular, of a metallic nature, the height of which in the practical example chosen will be of the order of 85 mm, although said magnitude can vary both positively and negatively without affecting the essence of the invention, at the base of which a plate (2) equipped with through holes is established

Also, at the base of column (1) a through hole (6) is established for immobilization, by screwing, of an inner post (7), the one shown in detail in Figure 2, which will have the complementary through hole (6 '). Said inner pole (7), also of a metallic nature, will have an external diameter according to the internal diameter of the column (1) into which it is plugged, having a substantially longer length, of the order of 1.75 meters in the chosen example , so that the surface protruding therefrom in the coupling thereof within the base column acts as the axis of rotation and support for a support element (8), the one shown in detail in Figure 3, which incorporates a tubular body (9) of internal diameter according to the external diameter of the inner pole (7), tube from which an arm (10) emerges superiorly, assisted by at least one stiffening rod (11), arm than in the embodiment example chosen form 90º with the tubular body (9), but that could obviously adopt other inclinations without affecting the essence of the invention.

Said arm (10), in the example of practical embodiment adopts a moon-shaped configuration, incorporating a longitudinal reinforcement bar (12) in its lower face, face on which a series of rings or rings (13) are arranged for passing and tying ropes, not represented in the fi gures, which, with the help of respective harnesses, allow several people to descend from the building simultaneously, through the selective use of the different rings (13).

The lower profile (14) of the tubular body (9) of the support element will have a series of tabs or tongue and groove contour (5 ') complementary to the tongue and groove contour (5) of the base column (1), in order to be coupled to the less in one position, the one corresponding to the arm extended above the terrace railing.

As can be seen in Figure 5, the described assembly is complemented by a cover (15) adjustable to the upper end of the inner post (7), which is connected by at least one screw through a hole (16) made in said cover, and which plays in a torn slot (16 '), vertical, established in the inner post, so that said play allows the tilting of the support element angularly, but prevents its removal.

It should also be noted that the support element will have a handle (19) to facilitate assembly and tilting maneuvers.

The metallic nature of the device will provide it with a high load capacity, of the order of 400 kilos, which allows the evacuation of several people at the same time through respective ropes associated with the different rings (13) previously mentioned.

Finally, it should be noted that the ropes, harnesses, masks and the support element, as well as the screws, except for the de fi nition of the base to the floor of the terrace or area in question, may be stored in a practicable cover (17), preferably of waterproof material, provided with closure means (18), such as zippers or Velcro® straps.

In this case the material used is a pulley and the corresponding conveyor belt. Document D02 shows a tubular device for manipulation in height of heavy loads constituted from a base column (3), in which an inner pole (2), of external diameter according to the internal diameter of the column is inserted (3). From the end of said column emerges an arm (6), assisted by a stiffening strap (8). Claims 2-6 describe technical characteristics of current use in the State of the Art, such as connection systems by means of tongue and groove contours, handles, covers, covers, etc. The rest of the documents are cited only for illustrative purposes of the State of the Art. In principle, in none of them the technical characteristics are so relevant as to anticipate the technical aspects claimed by the invention studied.
