The present invention refers to a system that has been specially designed to solve the problem of improper occupation of parking spaces reserved for authorized groups, whether in public or private parking.

As is known, in the field of practical application of the invention, parking and reservation of disabled places is a matter regulated at European level, at national level, at the level of the autonomous communities and town hall level.

Each agency delegates some of the subjects in the immediately below, such as the issuance of authorization cards, as well as the creation and management of reserved places.

These authorization cards can be given either to a specific vehicle, so that the card will include the registration of said vehicle, or to a specific person, so that the user can use the card in different vehicles provided that this trip inside the vehicle, as a driver or companion.

Since it is very complicated to verify that the cardholder is traveling inside the vehicle at the time the car is parked, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a system that can carry out such surveillance completely automatically. Description of the invention

The surveillance system for parking spaces reserved for authorized groups that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory way the problem previously stated in the different aspects mentioned, allowing a thorough control of the occupancy of said spaces.

For this, it is foreseen that each holder of the aforementioned parking cards will be supplied with a cardholder.

More specifically, at the foot of each place, or grouping a certain number of adjacent places, a monitoring device will be established, materialized in an anti-vandal housing, which can be integrated into the signal indicating the type of parking space itself. in question, inside which a control circuit is established, associated with a power supply / voltage regulator, connected to a photovoltaic solar panel, established on the upper part of the housing, which gives total autonomy to the monitoring device , a control circuit to which an ultrasonic emitter / receiver device is associated, as well as a radio frequency beacon reader of the identification device assigned to each parking card holder.

Depending on whether the aforementioned surveillance device is intended for the control of one or more parking spaces, it will have one or more ultrasonic emitters / receivers, conveniently oriented towards each parking space.

The device is complemented by a communications module, preferably via GPRS, through which the information received is supplied to a control center with the corresponding analysis and management database of the information received.

From this structuring, the device installed in the square, through the emitter / receiver of ultrasound can detect the occupation by a vehicle of said square, so that before such detection it tries to contact the identifying device that must carry the holder, which can be materialized in a key ring, a card, a pendant, or any similar element, of reduced dimensions and weight, which can be left inside the car itself.

Thus, if an authorized person is inside the vehicle, it is identified by means of the radio frequency beacon reader, so that the system automatically estimates that parking is allowed, being able to send said information through its communications module to the control center, as well as the parking time used, since the vehicle can be detected by ultrasound, information that can be very useful at a statistical level.

On the other hand, when an unauthorized vehicle occupies a reserved space, it is also detected by ultrasound by the monitoring device, so that if the radiofrequency beacon reader does not receive the identification code of any authorized person, the device will send Through its communications module, this information is sent to the control center, which is responsible for automatically generating the alarm signal, and generating the corresponding complaint to the appropriate security forces, which will be in person, indicating the place in which is the vehicle parked illegally.

Optionally, the complaint may not be face-to-face, by incorporating a camcorder into the device, which together with a license plate detection software would allow the infringing vehicle to be remotely identified, although this solution would require much higher implementation costs.

In view of the fi gures outlined, it can be seen how the system that is recommended is constituted from a control center (1), with its corresponding database (2) that receives information from multiple surveillance devices (3), materialized in an anti-vandalism housing, which can be installed in the upper area of the signal (4) identifier of the place reserved for authorized groups, housing in whose upper zone a photovoltaic solar panel (5) is established to allow a total autonomy of the electronic components housed within it.

(9) will be oriented towards one of the reserved places (10), so that when it is occupied by a vehicle (11), it will be automatically detected, so that authorized persons (12) will be provided an identifying device (13), with a radiofrequency identification code, which will be detected fully automatically by the radio frequency beacon reader (8), sending said information to the control center through a communications module (14) .

In case of not receiving any identification signal, after detecting the occupation of one of the places and once a pre-established security time has elapsed, the surveillance device will also send said information to the control center, so that it will generate the corresponding alarm signal and will contact the appropriate security forces (15), to generate the corresponding complaint.

As previously mentioned, the device may optionally incorporate a camcorder (16), which together with a license plate identification software can allow remote identification of the infringing vehicle without the need for the corresponding state security bodies to appear at the specific location where the infraction is occurring.

Claims (4)

1. The difference with the application document resides in the presence of a solar panel for the power supply of the system having the technical effect that it is autonomous. The objective technical problem would thus be how to provide power to the system to operate independently. Document D02, for its part, discloses a surveillance post comprising a solar panel and a camera whose images are sent to a control station. Since the function of this panel in D02 is analogous to that of the application document and applies to a case similar to that of a parking post, the person skilled in the art would combine both documents to solve the objective technical problem raised. Therefore the combination of documents D01 and D02 affects the inventive activity of claim 1 according to art. 8.1 of the Patent Law.
