The present invention, as the title of the present specification specifies, refers to a specially configured exercise bench to be arranged in public use spaces which allows users to carry out a complete gymnastics table in a single element, combining this function with an aesthetic that allows its integration as a decorative element in a space for public use such as garden, playground or similar. For all this, it would be desirable the appearance of an element of urban furniture that would combine the performance of various types of exercises in the same element, to the point of being able to perform a complete gymnastics table, with adequate durability and resistance characteristics. It is also worth mentioning the fact that in these elements of urban furniture, the aesthetic component is of great importance, since it must be properly integrated into a public use space, often next to children's play areas, in gardens, shopping centers , hotels, etc., so that it is necessary that together with the aforementioned versatility and durability characteristics, it is possible to allow a playful and aesthetically pleasing configuration. This being the case, it will be promoted that parents who accompany their children to the park can do more than wait, going from simple spectators to active participants, in addition to instilling by means of the example, the realization of physical exercise in the little ones.

As indicated in the following sections, the present invention is con fi gured from the well-known Rietveld Chair, helping us to reinterpret this chair as an object recognized worldwide, enlarged to make it a landmark, urban sculpture or symbol , and whose initial concept has been transformed revolutionaryly, by means of a device with the characteristics mentioned in the previous paragraphs, preserving a neoplasticist aesthetic in terms of its finishes and colors. This configuration also allows a modern interpretation of the element with minimalist finishes.

No similar device is known by the owner of the present invention that solves the problem posed analogously to how the present invention does so that the novelty of the present invention is considered obvious, which will provide numerous advantages to the industry. of urban furniture manufacturing. Description of the invention

The exercise bench for public spaces that is recommended is con fi gured from a support structure formed by three pairs of vertical crossbars of different lengths, which will be referred to as anterior, intermediate and posterior; that are arranged aligned in two rows each of them by a crossbar of each couple. These vertical elements are braced by another pair of longitudinal crossbars that join the elements of each of the rows at an approximate height of 30 cm measured from the ground. Two horizontally located flat crossbars connect the upper end of the intermediate vertical crossbar with the rear crossbar, which is the longest of these. Said flat crossbars will have handles made by cylindrical pieces in their encounter with the intermediate vertical crossbars and at their free end.

Both rows of suitably braced vertical crossbars will be joined by a series of transverse crossbars, two of them located at the meeting of the pair of front vertical crossbars and at the meeting of the pair of intermediate vertical crossbars with the horizontal bracing crossbar. Said transverse crossbars shall be arranged first in the upper part of said encounter and the other in the lower part, so that they are misaligned in order to subsequently have a support table on them that should be conveniently inclined. Two other transverse crossbars will be located at the meeting of the flat crossbars with the rear vertical crossbars and at the upper end of said rear crossbars.

The transverse cross member that joins the previous verticals will also have at its end cylindrical handles equal to those mentioned above.

The joints between crossbars will be made in such a way that the ends will protrude approximately 10 cm on each side of the joint. In the meeting of the horizontal bracing crossbar with the rear verticals of a pair of short length pieces that will stand out in the same way and will allow to maintain the aesthetic balance of the device.

The recommended exercise bench will have two cylindrical bars for the execution of various exercises. These bars will be located one at the top end of the front vertical crossbars, and another at the top end of the rear vertical crossbars, protruding towards the rear of the bench by another pair of short length pieces.

The support tables on which various exercises will be carried out will be two, one arranged, as mentioned, with a certain inclination supported between the crossbars that have been misaligned; and another that will be vertically attached to the crossbars located on the back of the device.

In an optional embodiment of the described invention, it is possible to incorporate movable cylindrical handles, so that it is possible to adjust the distance between these handles at the convenience of each user. These movable handles are configured by means of a base housed inside a grooved area along which it is possible to move the cylindrical handle and which has a series of position holes connected by a groove. By means of a spring housed inside the handle, it can be unlocked from the hole in which the handle is inserted and move it along the groove towards the most convenient position hole.

Another optional element that can be incorporated into the invention consists of a pair of cylindrical handles arranged next to the cylindrical bar located at the upper end of the rear vertical crossbars, with a certain degree of inclination. This pair of handles allows to expand the range of possible exercises to be performed in the bank.

In this way, and according to the graphic representation attached to this report, the exercise of dorsals, upper and lower abdominals, biceps, triceps, and the realization of dominated and fl exions will be possible. Description of the drawings

A preferred embodiment of the device object of the present specification is described below without limitation as to its formal constitution or small variants that lack importance as regards the modification of its main function.

The structure of the exercise bench for public spaces is composed of crossbars of 8x8cm square section. The anterior vertical crossbars

(1) are 73 cm long, the intermediate vertical crossbars (2) will be 125 cm long and the rear vertical crosspieces (3) are 186 cm.

These crossbars are braced longitudinally by means of a horizontal crossbar (4) of length 160 cm located at a height from the ground of 30 cm. The union is made by the inside of the vertical crossbars and will be done in such a way that the ends of this section (4) protrude 10 cm on each side.

The intermediate vertical crossbar (2) is joined at its upper ends to the rear vertical crossbar (3) by means of flat crossbars (5) of dimensions 95 x 16 x 4 cm arranged in such a way that at the junction with the intermediate vertical crossbar (2) fly a length of 37 cm and 14 cm at the other junction with the rear vertical crossbar (3). Both cylindrical handles (12) will be provided at the front end of these flat crossbars (5) and at the junction with the intermediate vertical (2) that will give the user support for performing certain exercises.

In the encounter between the previous vertical crossbar

(1) and the horizontal (4) an anterior transverse cross member (7) is arranged, attached to these at the top of the horizontal and in the front of the vertical. This transverse crossbar will have cylindrical handles (12) at its free ends, which also protrude 10 cm from the aforementioned joint.

An intermediate transverse crossbar (8) mounted at the junction between the intermediate vertical (2) and the horizontal (4), at the rear-bottom will allow the provision of an inclined support table (16) of dimensions 135 x 50 x 2 cm, which will remain with an inclination of 9º. Similarly to that cited in the previous paragraph, the connection is made in such a way that the free ends of the transverse cross member protrude 10 cm.

The rear vertical crossbars (3) have an intermediate transverse crossbar (9) at the junction with the flat crossbars (5) and an upper crossbar (10) at the upper end, also protruding 10 cm in said joint.

A pair of short sections (11) will be arranged at the rear end of the horizontal crossbars (4), which will have a length of about 15 cm and are arranged with flight outwards, having the sole function of achieving an adequate aesthetic balance of the device. Another pair of said short sections (11) will be located in the encounter between rear vertical crossbars (3) and upper transverse cross member; these short sections (11) being arranged with flight towards the rear and a cylindrical bar (14) having a diameter of 2.5 cm between them.

Another cylindrical bar of greater diameter (13), in this case 6.25 cm, will be placed between the front vertical crossbars (1), joined to these at 10 cm from the end end of said crossbars.

Finally, a new vertical support table (15) will be attached to the intermediate crossbars

(9) and higher (10).

As indicated above, in an optional configuration of the exercise bench for public use spaces, it is possible to incorporate movable handles (6), which allow the modification of the distance between opposing handles to adapt to the user. Said handles (6) are inserted in a grooved area (17) that has several position holes (18). This handle (6), has at its base a stop plate (19) that cannot be removed from the groove because its diameter is larger than that of the holes (18). Said plate is attached to the handle (6) by means of a spring (20) which allows the handle to be unlocked and moved along the groove (17). To re-anchor it, simply release the handle (6), so that the spring (20) will return it to position. In said optional configuration, inclined cylindrical handles (21) are also introduced, with an inclination of 30 ° with respect to the horizontal, located next to the ends of the rear cylindrical bar (14).

Sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is noted that within its essentiality, it may be implemented in other embodiments that differed in detail from that indicated by way of example, and which will also achieve the protection that is sought as long as it does not alter, change or modify its fundamental principle.

Exercise bench for public spaces, consisting of a series of vertical (1, 2 and 3), horizontal (4, 5 and 6) and transverse (7, 8, 9, 10 and 11) crossbars, two support tables (15 and 16), handles (12), and cylindrical bars (13 and 14) characterized in that said vertical crossbars (1,2 and 3) are longitudinally braced by two horizontal crossbars (4), making the joint in the inner part of the crossbars vertical (1, 2 and 3); the intermediate vertical crossbar (2) is joined at its upper ends to the rear vertical crossbar (3) by means of horizontal flat crossbars (5 and 6) which will have cylindrical handles (12) at their front end; in the encounter between the anterior vertical crossbar (1) and the horizontal crossbar (4) an anterior transverse crossbar (7) is arranged, joined to these in the upper part of the horizontal and in the anterior part of the vertical, also providing this transverse crossbar of cylindrical handles (12) at their free ends; an intermediate transverse crossbar (8) mounting at the junction between the intermediate vertical (2) and the horizontal (4), in the rear-lower part will allow the provision of an inclined support table (16), which will remain with a certain inclination ; the rear vertical crossbars (3) have an intermediate transverse crossbar (9) at the junction with the flat crossbars (5 and 6) and an upper cross member (10) at the upper end; a pair of short sections (11) is located in the encounter between rear vertical crossbars (3) and upper transverse crossbar; these being arranged with flight towards the back and a cylindrical bar (14) being arranged between them; Another cylindrical bar of greater diameter (13), is placed between the front vertical crossbars (1), joined at the upper end; and another vertical support table (15) will be attached to the intermediate crossbars (9) and higher (10).

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement This application refers to an exercise bench for public use spaces that allows several exercises to be carried out in a single element. The object of the invention according to claims 1 and 5 is an exercise bench for public spaces formed by a series of vertical crossbars, joined by other horizontal and crossbars, comprising two horizontal flat crossbars with cylindrical handles at their front end, two tables of support, a vertical and another inclined, two cylindrical bars, one in the upper rear part and another in the lower front part and two pairs of handles more located in the front transverse crossbar and in the ends of the rear cylindrical bar. Document D01 describes an exercise apparatus of ornamental design formed by a series of vertical and horizontal crossbars, which has two flat areas for the support of the forearms, with cylindrical handles at its front end, an inclined table, a cylindrical bar in the upper part, to which two also cylindrical handles are attached, two cylindrical bars in the lower part aligned and one more pair of handles attached to the vertical crossbars in the same area as the two cylindrical bars (claim; figures) . The situation of a vertical table for back support in this type of bench is widely known in the state of the art - see documents D02 (summary; figures) and D03 (summary; figures) - as well as the situation of banks of exercises in public spaces - see documents D04 (summary) and D05 (paragraphs [0002] - [0008]; figures) -. On the other hand, the design differences between the exercise bank of the application and the one described in document D01 are not considered, such as the use of a single bar at the bottom instead of the two extreme parts of it or the use of a greater or lesser number of crossbars, involving inventive activity - see documents D06 (figures) and D07 (figures) -. In the same way, it is considered that the design features disclosed in dependent claims 2-3 are mere particular executions obvious to the person skilled in the art. For its part, claim 4 refers to the use of movable handles in the front part of the flat horizontal crossbars, inserting them in a grooved area that has several position holes and providing them with a stop plate at its base, attached to the handle. by means of a spring that allows to unlock it and move it along the groove. The use of mobile handholds in this type of exercise bench is known in the state of the art -see document D08 (paragraphs [0025] - [0038]; figures) -the use of a stop attached to the moving part by means of a spring that allows its unlocking and its movement through a groove, a technique known to achieve said mobility and therefore obvious to the person skilled in the art.
