- a)
- introducir la membrana en una solución de un ácido fuerte al 1-20%,
- b)
- tratar la membrana con etanol 96º.
- c)
- impregnar la membrana en una solución de oxicloruro de zirconio
- d)
- bañar la membrana con ácido fosfórico al 10-60%,
- e)
- protonar la membrana mediante el baño de la misma en un ácido fuerte al 1-20%,
- f)
- secar de la membrana.
