Abstract

Claims (21)
1. Un procedimiento de tratamiento de
alimentación de biomasa que comprende: pirolizar rápidamente
alimentación de biomasa en presencia de vapor supercalentado a una
temperatura seleccionada para producir al menos una corriente de
producto.
2. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la corriente de producto incluye carbonilos de Hodge,
lignina oligomérica y partículas de biocarbón.
3. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la primera corriente de producto incluye una suspensión
densa acuosa de partículas de carbón vegetal producidas y lignina
oligomérica.
4. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que los carbonilos de Hodge son carbonilos hidrosolubles
originados por carbohidratos.
5. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la temperatura supera los 400ºC.
6. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 4, en
el que los carbonilos de Hodge incluyen al menos uno de
hidroxiacetaldehído, gliceraldehídos, acetol, piruvaldehído,
glioxal, 5-hidroximetilfurfural, furfurales y
formaldehído.
7. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la alimentación de biomasa es celulosas de bajo contenido en
lignina.
8. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 7, en
el que la temperatura está en el intervalo de 490ºC a 590ºC.
9. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 7, en
el que las celulosas se seleccionan del grupo constituido por
pulpas y cienos de celulosa y polvos de celulosa
microcristalina.
10. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 7, en
el que la corriente de producto es una mezcla hidrosoluble de los
carbonilos de Hodge con hidroxiacetaldehído, glioxal, metilglioxal,
formaldehído, acetol, furfurales y
5-hidroximetilfurfurales.
11. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la alimentación de biomasa es lignocelulosas.
12. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 11, en
el que la temperatura está en el intervalo comprendido entre 430 y
550ºC.
13. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 11, en
el que las lignocelulosas se seleccionan de biomasa forestal y
producida por la agricultura incluyendo desechos y residuos.
14. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 11, en
el que se produce una corriente de producto de lignina
oligomérica.
15. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 11, en
el que la segunda corriente de producto es una mezcla soluble de
carbonilos de Hodge con hidroxiacetaldehído, glioxal, metilglioxal,
formaldehído, acetol, furfurales y 5-HMF e incluye
ácidos fórmico y acético y fenoles hidrosolubles.
16. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 1, en
el que la lignina oligomérica y el biocarbón se combinan
físicamente.
17. El procedimiento de la reivindicación 16, en
el que dicho carbón vegetal tiene un alto contenido en grupos
funcionales oxigenados y funciona no sólo como absorbente, sino que
también se une a nitrógeno directamente mediante reacción con grupos
NH2.
18. Un producto de la pirólisis rápida de
alimentación de biomasa, que comprende carbón vegetal combinado con
lignina oligomérica.
19. Un producto de la pirólisis rápida de la
alimentación de biomasa, que comprende lignina oligomérica y
lignina oligomérica en combinación con biocarbón para formar un
potenciador del suelo.
20. Un producto de la pirólisis rápida de la
alimentación de biomasa, que comprende lignina oligomérica en
estado fundido que recubre fertilizantes de N, P, K,
convirtiéndolos en un tipo de fertilizante de liberación lenta o
controlable.
21. El producto de la reivindicación 20, que
incluye biocarbón y se describe por las 4 letras N, P, K y C.
