El procedimiento se basa en que el producto para fabricar plantillas, ortesis y prótesis para pies y calzados, se obtiene a partir de la mezcla de dos componentes pre-dosificados y envasados en envases unitarios de un solo uso, predosificándose preferentemente los dos monocomponentes del poliuretano, como son el poliol y el isocianato, como materia prima utilizada normalmente para la fabricación de plantillas, ortesis y prótesis para pies y calzados.
