Logistics has been going on for some time conveniently developing, thanks to the implementation, in base element quality of intermodal transport, of the receptacle known as a container, which is a standardized element in what refers to its dimensions and its handling elements and setting that allow its installation on mobile platforms, both on trains and trucks, fixing them with total security and immediately or by stowing them in specific locations of ships, which today are they dedicate exclusively to the transport of containers, and that are genetically designed as "container carrier" by the bias of the stowages of considerable height that are attached to others in a way that offers a guarantee of total immobility in the face of more or less sudden jerks.

However, even in the course of a simple, unitary transport of a container, during its stowage problems arise when container occupancy does not it is total, and packages, boxes and similar objects installed in the same can accidentally move from side to side, what which can lead to the displacement of cargo, which is the origin of a very frequent accident, particularly in the road transport.

The existing devices today allow the fixation of the loads on an inclined plane and X-shaped, since the containers are provided only inside the stowage points located on their upper and lower angles.

Object of the invention

According to the indicated drawings, the device to stow cargo inside the containers that is the object of the present invention, consists essentially in a series of side belts (1), constituted by a double tape (2) and (2a), the two parts being joined between yes in all its length except for those small sections, preferably equidistant, that make up the holes or tunnels (3). The ends of the side belts will preferably be rounded (1a) to facilitate easier handling for fixing to the corresponding components.

These tapes (2) and (2a) are made with a very resistant material to the traction and to the wear, as well as to the action of external agents that can deteriorate them quickly and decrease its resistance.

Each of these side tapes (1) is it will be placed vertically and will fix on the hooks  in the form of a handle (4) and (4a), located respectively on the top and bottom, just above the ends, of the area incoming (5) of the corrugated sheet (6) that forms the walls sides of the container (7).

The upper part of the side belt (1) is knotted, according to figure 4, around a carabiner (8), which is, in its outline, duly hooked, thanks to the classic and particular operation of this object thus known, around the upper hitch (4).

As can be deduced from the description above, inside the container various tapes can be placed lateral (1), according to the coupling groups (4) and (4a) that will have been installed in the corresponding incoming parts (5) of the side walls of the container (7). The number of tapes (1) it will be, as indicated, variable and will depend on the type of loading and the number of packages to be stowed and fixed.

The device is completed with tapes transversal, called "ratchets" (10), represented in Figures 7 and 9.

These "ratchets" (10), similarly They consist of tapes of a material very resistant to traction and wear, such as the tapes used for preparation of the side belts (1).

In the central part of the length of the "ratchet" (10) is a tensioner (11), whose object is exert a tensile force on all of said "ratchet" (10) once it has been installed, which eliminates any relaxation and ensures total tension, and consequently, excellent fixation by pressure and tension of the objects (12) (packages, boxes and similar objects), arranged inside the container (7).

In principle, it is essential to hook firmly the limbs of the "ratchet" (10) on the corresponding side belts (1), introducing them through the holes or tunnels (3), as indicated in figures 7 and 8. Once the two extremities are fixed on the side strap (1) by middle of the knots (10a), it will proceed to the stowage mentioned previously activating the tensioning element (11).

Another essential feature of the invention that described is the fact that the "ratchets" may be arranged from one side to the other inside the container, always fixed to the corresponding hole or tunnel (3), either horizontally from the top, bottom or center, or on an inclined plane, with various angles of inclination, or transversal, and consequently, regardless of the size of the cargo packages (12) located in the container, always being able to set easily and with total security. This is precisely what Figure 9 shows that represents a schematic view of the container assembly.

Similarly, it is necessary to point out that the possibility to tie the ends of the tape (1) to the carabiner (8) and the lower hitch (4a), provides the whole with a large number of possibilities to apply the same element in the sites of different length, and ensure greater use of internal space.

In addition, it is necessary to point out as a variant of the embodiment, the installation on the bottom of the tape (1) of a hook (13), shown in Figure 6, for fixing in the lower hitch (4a).
