Abstract

The device has a carrier, which is mounted on vertical tubular folding legs and poster marking. A vertical support is provided, which is introduced inside an extension of telescopic assembly. The vertical support extension has holes for anchoring removable poster, and features vertical support and extension unit in correspondence limit to deployment of telescopic extension on maximum output. The support has vertical mounting of a sliding clamp, and units are also introduced for blockade at a specified height, which is attached to the clamp slider on the vertical support.

Field of the Invention

This signaling device is used to hold signs with traffic signs or other signs in general.

Background of the invention

There are different types of devices markers generally of complex constitution; some consist of frames articulated with each other, one of which is bearer of the poster, and present means of tensioning the poster little effective; others comprise a mounted vertical tubular support on foldable legs and presenting the telescopic assembly of an extension, coupling the sign on the vertical support or between it and the extension.

Summary of the invention

The object of this invention is a device signaling device of the type mentioned above and that improves significantly this kind of devices simplifying them, being characteristic coupling the sign between the vertical support and the extension with which the tension of the poster is achieved without need for auxiliary elements such as springs.

In addition the extension is attached to the body vertical with means that limit its telescopic deployment, avoiding which, when extended to its maximum length, decoupled from the body vertical.

The vertical body and the extension stand holes for the removable anchor of the poster.

This device allows a compact folding of reduced length and comprises means that retain the legs in their folding position juxtaposed to the vertical body.

Another improvement of this device is  in the presence of a sliding clamp on the body vertically and removably fixed at the height required clamp is attached to the threaded bush and sliding over said vertical body and in which the legs are articulated, which allows to arrange these more or less extended in their use according with the space that is available for the arrangement of the device signaling device

These and other features will come off better than the detailed description that follows, to facilitate which It is accompanied by two sheets of drawings in which it has been represented a case study that is cited only by way of non-limiting example of the scope of the present invention.

Description of a preferred embodiment

According to the drawings the device signaling device consists of a vertical support (1) topped inferiorly in a block (2) on which it fits firmly, the which has four lateral protrusions (2 ') where articulate braces (3) linked articulately to respective radial legs (4) which in turn articulate to a bushing (5) sliding on the support (1) in the folded and deployed of said legs.

The bushing (5) has the coupling of a  clamp (6) that also slides on the vertical support (1) and which has means (7) for its height lock, whose means consist of a manual action screw that presses against said vertical support.

The stable position of the legs (4) in its low position of use is secured by a catch (8) constituted by an elastic finger topped on a nail that turns on the edge upper clamp (6).

The vertical support (1) has two holes, upper one (9) and lower one (10) for the removable anchor of the signaling sign (11) (figure 5) which presents centered on their upper (12) and lower (13) corresponding edges anchoring elements (14).

This signaling device also comprises an extension (15) telescopically mounted inside the vertical body (1), which also has a hole (16) for the coupling of the poster (11) in a low position thereof using the hole (10) of the vertical support, or in a position high using the hole (9) of said support, facilitating the telescopic extension of the extension (15) the tension of the sign (eleven).

Said extension is topped off with a  base plate (17) of base (17 ') of greater diameter than that of the vertical support (1) to constitute a stop against the upper mouth of this in the folded position.

In this plate (17) a luminous device to use the signaling device by the night.

The retention of the extension (15) inside the vertical body (1) is obtained by means of a lever (18) forming cam and which is articulated in two ears (19) formed in a sleeve (20) fixed at the upper end of the vertical body (1), whose cam passes through said sleeves and vertical body to laterally press the extension (15) against the face opposite internal vertical body.

Between the extension (15) and the vertical body (1) there are means that limit the telescopic deployment of that to avoid its decoupling with respect to said body (one). These means comprise a longitudinal element (21) that by its lower end (22) is fixed to the block (2) and at its end upper features a head (23) that will butt above the passage (24) provided in the lower mouth of the extension (15) through the which said longitudinal element (21) runs in the sliding of the extension on the inside of the vertical support (figures 2 and 3).

In figure 2 the longitudinal element (21) is a rod, the head (23) is formed by the bent end of the rod and fixing to the block (2) is done by screwing, and in figure 3 the longitudinal element (21) is constituted by a cable with the head (23) welded to it and fixed to the block (2) by means of a clamp.

To retain the folded legs (4) it has been provided for fixing on one of them a belt or strap (25) in transverse arrangement, which surrounds the legs juxtaposed to the vertical support joining the two ends together for example by means of the velcro arrangement (26) (figures 1 and 4).

The invention, within its essentiality, can be put into practice in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated solely by way of example, which will also achieve the protection that collect. This signaling device can then be manufactured, with the most convenient means and accessories, being able the elements components be replaced by other technically equivalent ones, for all this included in the spirit of the following claims.

Claims (6)

1. Signaling device, comprising a tubular vertical support mounted on folding legs and in which a signaling sign is attached, the vertical support inside presenting the telescopic assembly of an extension, characterized in that the vertical support and the extension have holes for the removable anchoring of the sign, providing the vertical support and the extension of corresponding means that limit the telescopic deployment of the extension while retaining it at its maximum output. 2. Signaling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the means that limit the telescopic deployment of the extension, comprise a longitudinal element that is fixed at its lower end to the block that closes the lower mouth of the vertical support, and at its upper end has a head that stops above the passage provided in the lower mouth of the extension and through which said longitudinal element runs in the sliding of the extension through the inside of the vertical support. 3. Signaling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the vertical support comprises the mounting of a sliding clamp on it and that it has means for its locking at the required height whose clamp is coupled to the sliding threaded bushing on the vertical support and in which the folding legs articulate. 4. Signaling device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means that hold the legs in their folded position juxtaposed to the vertical support. 5. Signaling device, according to claim 4, characterized by the means that hold the legs in their folded position consist of a tape fixed transversely on one of the legs and having at its ends connecting means that are coupled together when the Ribbon surrounds already folded legs. 6. Signaling device according to claim 1, characterized in that the signaling poster comprises centered on its upper and lower edges the anchoring elements in one of the holes of the vertical support and in the one of the extension.
