Abstract

Retention valve.
This valve is of the type that comprises a body tubular (1) inside which an obturator is axially movable (8) elastically requested towards its closing position that it has a rear axle (7) by which it is guided by a tubular bushing (6) skewered on said shaft and coupled removably, through radial arms (5), in the mouth (3) from the body (1) through which the fluid flows. The cap (6) presents, towards the mouth (2) of the body (1) through which the fluid, an extension (6 ') that ensures the perfect guidance of the shutter (8) in addition to delimiting its path to its opening position, and the arms (5) are joined, by the end opposite to the union of the bushing (6), to a ring (4) externally threaded for coupling in the mouth (3), presenting by its split the shaft (7) of the plug (8) at least one longitudinal recess (7 ') on its cylindrical surface to evacuate impurities from the valve.

These inconveniences or problems, and others that can be derived from them, they are solved with the valve retention object of the present invention, in which the shutter subsequently presents, as the second background cited, a single shaft that is also passed through a single tubular bushing of guide that is removably coupled, through some arms radial, in the mouth of the tubular body through which the fluid comes out, but presenting this cap, towards the mouth of said body by the one that enters the fluid, an extension of the same that, not only compensates the suppression of the other axis but, when starting now the indicated arms of the intermediate zone of the set bushing / extension, the stability of said assembly is ensured and, consequently, the perfect shutter guidance, also delimiting the extension of the bushing the path of said shutter towards its open position.

When the valve and guide free valve are in the  fluid inlet, the intake surface of the fluid increases and, therefore, if you want to maintain the same fluid flow that in the valves with two axes and two guides, the wingspan of the valve, thus reducing the cost of  same.

The internal barrel-like geometry of the inside the tubular body and the discoid configuration, with a central protrusion on its front face, of the sealing element increase the fluid-dynamic capacity of the valve, allowing greater fluidity to the passage of fluid, and reducing the turbulence that may appear in your inside.

This assembly and disassembly of the set bushing / arms / ring allows, in turn, to regulate the pressure of opening of the valve adapting it to the user's needs, said set being able to loosen a thread, and up to two at most if necessary, to obtain a opening pressure reduction of approximately 20% for Each thread loosened.

For its part, the shutter shaft can have at least one longitudinal recess in its surface cylindrical, which will facilitate the evacuation of impurities from the fluid through the valve and that can accumulate between the mentioned axis and  the tubular bush through which it runs, blocking said axis and compromising the functionality of the valve.

Description of an embodiment

Inside the tubular bushing (6) runs an axis (7) guided by the front end a discoidal head that constitutes the valve plug (8), acting against it a spring (9) which, skewered on the shaft (7) and with the front end inserted in an annular groove bottom (8 ') of said shutter, is supported, by the end later, on the start of the arms (5), leaving the part rear end of said spring around an extension (6 ') that the bushing (6) presents, preventing said extension and the indicated groove (8 ') that the spring (9) contacts the shaft (7) and may hinder and / or prevent its displacement.

Also, the extension (6 ') ensures the perfect guidance of the shaft (7) and, consequently, of the shutter (8), which has an annular seal on its front free face peripheral and flat (10) which, vulcanized to a recess annular peripheral (8 '') of said shutter to prevent its detachment and / or the appearance of foreign particles (normally sand) between said joint and the recess (8 ''), contact a circular seat (11) formed in the mouth (2) of the body (1) effecting the hermetic seal.

The shutter (8) also presents, on its face free, a central frustoconical protuberance that deflects towards the sides the fluid that crashes into it favoring circulation thereof, and the axis (7) can have one or more longitudinally  rebates (7 ') that will configure different sections of it (such as the approximately square with rounded corners of the figure 4, or the circular cut by two parallel planes of Figure 5) and determine spaces (13) between the shaft (7) and the bushing (6) by those who will evacuate impurities from the fluid that could block the displacement of said axis.

The invention, within its essentiality, can be put into practice in other embodiments that differ only in detail from that indicated solely by way of example and which will also achieve the protection that collect. This check valve can therefore be carried out with the most suitable media, components and accessories, being able to component elements be replaced by others technically equivalent, because all of this is included within the claims.

Claims (3)

1. Check valve, comprising a tubular body (1) inside which an obturator (8) elastically requested towards its closing position is axially movable and which has a rear axle (7) by which it is guided by a tubular bushing (6) skewered on said shaft and removably coupled, through radial arms (5), in the mouth (3) of the body (1) through which the fluid flows, characterized in that the tubular bushing (6) has, towards the mouth (2) of the body (1) through which the fluid enters, an extension (6 ') of said bushing that ensures the perfect guidance of the shaft (7) and, with it, the shutter (8), and further defines the path of said shutter to its open position.
2. Check valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the arms (5) of the bushing (6) are coupled to the mouth (3) of the body (1) through a ring (4) to whose inner surface they are attached said arms at the opposite end to which they are attached to the indicated bushing, the ring (4) being threaded externally for threaded engagement in the said mouth (3) also threaded.
3. Check valve according to claim 1, characterized in that the shaft (7) of the sealing element (8) has at least one longitudinal recess (7 ') in its cylindrical surface.
