Abstract
Un pañal desechable perfeccionado, que comprende: un conjunto de almohadilla absorbente que tiene una superficie delantera, una superficie trasera, un par de bordes laterales, un panel central que se extiende longitudinalmente y unos medios de panel que se superponen a la superficie delantera del panel central junto a sus lados, incluyendo dichos medios de panel un par de paneles más externos que se extienden longitudinalmente, que definen los bordes laterales del conjunto de almohadilla; un par de tiras de cinta sensibles a la presión, que tienen una primera parte asegurada a la superficie trasera de dichos paneles más externos, junto a los bordes laterales del conjunto de almohadilla, y una segunda parte de sujeción que se extiende desde un extremo de las primeras partes, junto a los bordes laterales del conjunto de almohadilla, para utilizar en la sujeción del pañal en torno a un niño durante la colocación del pañal; y medios de lámina desprendible o liberable en el conjunto de almohadilla, en una posición subyacente con respecto a ambos paneles más externos citados, para cubrir el adhesivo previsto sobre las partes de sujeción de las tiras, estando dichas partes de sujeción de las tiras sujetas a los medios de lámina desprendible para retener los pliegues más externos en su relación de superposición antes de la colocación del pañal.
