Abstract

The invention consists of a disposable device that allows women to evacuate urine in an upright position. Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a urinary device that has been specially designed to facilitate the process of niction in women upright, before conditions of reduced hygiene in public services or Similar.

The object of the invention is to provide a disposable device, with a minimum volumetric occupancy in inoperative arrangement, which suits the anatomy perfectly of the woman, allowing to evacuate the urine to the toilet so fully upright, avoiding having to take awkward postures during said process.

The invention thus falls within the scope of the feminine hygiene products.

Background of the invention

In the scope of the invention, they are known female urinary devices, intended to allow evacuate urine upright, such as those collected in patents 2021560; US6238383; US 6202225 B1 and DE 19851267 C1, the which present as common denominator the one that materialize in rigid devices, and therefore with a great occupation volumetric, the purpose of which also differs from that of the invention which is recommended, since these are devices reusable with a scope basically restricted to hospital centers and the like.

Disposable devices are included in patents WO 02/38089 and US 5224222, which have a conical geometry, which does not adapt perfectly to the anatomy of women, so its use is uncomfortable, as it does not allow it to remain perfectly upright the process of

Finally, it is worth noting the US patents 5991932 and 5966748 which also include disposable devices, but very different from the proposed invention, whose design to starting from straight lines prevents them from accommodating the curved anatomy of the woman.

Description of the invention

The female urinary device that the proposed invention resolves in a fully satisfactory way the problem discussed above, providing a device disposable, which adapts perfectly to the anatomy of women and which allows it to urinate in a perfectly upright position, avoiding the awkward postures mentioned above.

To do this, and more specifically the device that is recommended is constituted from a body single piece laminate, preferably obtained from fibers of small cellulose, which give it a soft texture, body waterproofed on both sides with a film plastic.

Said body is defined from a pair of interior symmetrical straight triangular sectors, of rounded minor side, which are joined by two fold lines trapezoidal sectors, also symmetrical and whose sides join by means of respective folding lines two major sectors, symmetrical, approximately trapezoidal and external, one of the which incorporates a pair of closing fins for assembly.

The external sectors are fixed to each other by adhesive or any other conventional means through the said closing fins and through their folding lines, while that the right triangular and internal trapezoidal sectors are fold through respective fold lines setting up a "bellows" type structure that allows the device to adopt a minimum volumetric occupation in an inoperative situation so that, when said device is intended to be used, said bellows type structure is partially deployed, configuring a kind of pyramidal trunk body, open both upper and inferiorly, incorporating both external sectors, as well as internal straight triangular sectors, weakening lines that facilitate said deployment, presenting the upper opening of said body a rounded contour that adapts perfectly to the female anatomy, configuring said body once deployed a driving that allows the woman to be using the device evacuate the urine to the toilet in position perfectly upright, through proper orientation of the lower opening of said body towards it.

Thus, a device is achieved disposable, small in size, with minimal occupancy in inoperative situation, which adapts perfectly to the anatomy of The woman in situation of use.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

In view of the figures outlined, and in special figure 1, can be seen as the device urinary feminine that is recommended is constituted from a body (1) laminar, single piece, obtained by die-cutting and starting of cellulose fibers of reduced caliber, which has both faces a plastic waterproofing film.

Female urinary device, of the type intended to allow the niction process to be carried out in an upright arrangement, characterized in that it comprises a laminar body (1), preferably obtained based on cellulose material, waterproofed, in which they are defined symmetrically from of a folding line (2) a pair of straight and inner triangle-rectangular sectors (3-3 '), which are joined by folding lines (5-5') to respective trapezoidal sectors (6-6 '), the which are joined in turn by its external side, through folding lines (7-7 ') to two main sectors and ends of approximately trapecial configuration (8-8'), one of which incorporates closing tabs (9 -10) for fixing the extreme edges of both extreme sectors (8-8 '), configuring in said assembly a kind of inverted pyramid trunk, open both upper and lower, whose curved upper edge (13), fits perfectly to the anatom to women, forming a line for the controlled urine through the bottom opening (14) output; having provided that the said folding lines (7 '), (5'), (2), (5) and (7 ') give the said body (1) a "bellows" type structure that allows the folding of the device, with a minimum volumetric occupancy in inoperative arrangement. 2. Female urinary device according to claim 1, characterized in that the majority of the extreme sectors (8-8 ') incorporate weakening lines (16-16') in their middle area for a better adaptation of the device to the anatomy of the woman. 3. Female urinary device, according to claim 1, characterized in that the straight and inner triangle-rectangular sectors (3-3 ') incorporate a plurality of weakening lines (16-16') in their middle zone for a better adaptation of the device to the anatomy of women, these sectors presenting their outer edge (4-4 ') sharply curved.
