Abstract

Dispositivo de protección para la limpieza de tubos de intercambiadores de calor tubulares mediante tubería flexible de alta presión, cuyo uso constituye una medida de seguridad para controlar los riesgos que conlleva dicho proceso de limpieza. Esta formado por un útil (14) que dispone de un brazo giratorio (3) y se desliza sobre una guía prismática (16) fijada al intercambiador mediante unas mordazas (21), caracterizado porque presenta: - Sistema de retención y guiado de la manguera de limpieza (4): establece una barrera de seguridad que en caso de producirse la salida incontrolada de la manguera y tobera hacia la zona de operación elimina el riesgo de proyección de éstas sobre el personal. Este sistema a la vez proporciona el guiado de la manguera en sus desplazamientos. - Sistema de apantallado y desalojo: para la recogida de partículas proyectadas y su envío a un lugar confinado, evitando la proyección de éstas hacia el personal. - Sistema de avance y alineación de la manguera de limpieza (4) con el tubo a limpiar mediante combinación de desplazamientos ligeros y sencillos, con capacidad de alcance a un número amplio de tubos de forma holgada para una determinada posición de amarre del dispositivo, reduciendo el número de posicionados del dispositivo necesarios para completar la limpieza del intercambiador. Su utilización es posible tanto sobre intercambiadores de calor de gran sección como sobre los de sección pequeña, así como para diversos diámetros y distribuciones de los tubos. - Elemento guía del módulo de limpieza y de fijación del dispositivo al intercambiador. - Sistema de amarre de fácil ajuste que proporciona una sujeción segura y firme del dispositivo al intercambiador y la inmovilización completa del elemento guía.Protective device for cleaning tubular heat exchanger tubes by means of high pressure flexible tubing, the use of which constitutes a safety measure to control the risks involved in said cleaning process.
