1. Dispositivo de protección para la limpieza de
tubos de intercambiadores de calor tubulares mediante tubería
flexible de alta presión, cuyo uso constituye una medida de
seguridad para controlar los riesgos que conlleva dicho proceso de
limpieza. Esta formado por un útil (14) que dispone de un brazo
giratorio (3) y se desliza sobre una guía prismática (16) fijada al
intercambiador mediante unas mordazas (21), caracterizado
porque presenta:1. posición de amarre del dispositivo, reduciendo el número de
posicionados del dispositivo necesarios para completar la limpieza
del intercambiador. Su utilización es posible tanto sobre
intercambiadores de calor de gran sección como sobre los de sección
pequeña, así como para diversos diámetros y distribuciones de los

incorpora doble hilera de rodillos (1). Dichos rodillos (1) están
dispuestos para facilitar los desplazamientos de la manguera (4) y
constituir, como medida de seguridad, un doble sistema de retención
que impide la salida total de ésta hacia la zona de operación por
atrapamiento de la tobera situada en su extremo.2. frontal (10) del intercambiador mediante el giro manual de ésta
sobre su eje, además, este sistema cuenta con una boca de salida -
correspondiente al conectador en T (6) - del material proyectado que
es orientable mediante giro manual y conectable a un desagüe o a un
dispositivo de aspiración.3. reducido coeficiente de fricción, para que los desplazamientos de
ambos útiles sean suaves y precisos.4. alineación y con el sistema de amarre, a través del útil (14) y de

flexible de alta presión, según reivindicaciones 1 y 5,
caracterizado porque el sistema de amarre esta formado por
dos mordazas (21) que fijan el elemento guía (16) a la brida (22)
del intercambiador en la posición deseada, quedando el módulo de
limpieza situado entre ambas mordazas (21). La sujeción de las
mordazas (21) al tubo guía (16) consiste en un abrazamiento abierto
de las mordazas (21) al tubo (16), cuyo apriete se regula actuando
sobre los tornillos (26) montados sobre las mordazas (21). La
sujeción de las mordazas (21) al intercambiador consiste en un
atrapamiento de la brida (22) de éste entre las mordazas (21) y las
tuercas de amarre (23). Actuando sobre los tornillos (24) o sobre
las tuercas (25), unidos ambos a las mordazas (21), se desplazan
longitudinalmente las tuercas (23) guiadas por las mordazas
(21).6.
