Abstract
Process for the manufacture of electrical resistances and other bodies having negligible temperature expansion coefficient, particularly a polytetrafluoroethylene body with a low coefficient of temperature expansion, characterized in that it consists of homogeneously distributing precalcined finely ground alumina silicate and lithium in an amount of finely ground polytetrafluoroethylene powder in proportions of said silicate up to 25% by weight, in compressing the mixture to form a body of desired shape, and then synthesizing the body.
