Abstract

The shower cubicle (1) of the present invention, in its most general form, it comprises a support frame (2) (Figures 3, 4 and 5) of a shower curtain (3), fixed to a wall fixed vertical equipped (4) and rotating around at least one axis horizontal (X) parallel to said vertical wall (4), and a device of actuation (5) for actuating said frame of support (2). Said support frame (2) is provided with at least a fixing element (6) of the curtain (3), is hinged around said horizontal axis (X) and can be moved between two positions, respectively an operational position, in which the support frame (2) protrudes from the vertical wall (4) (figures 1 and 3) with the curtain (3), hanging vertically down from the fixing element (6), and a resting position (figures 2 and 4), in which the support frame (2) is located parallel to said vertical wall (4) and the curtain (3) is folded against said fixing element (6). In this particular embodiment here described, the support frame (2) comprises a rotating arm (7) hinged at least to a first palomilla (8), in correspondence with a respective hinge (8a), in solidarity with the vertical wall (4) equipped, on which the cabin is placed (one). The arm (7) is integral with a box (9) that has a shape semicircular in a plan view (figures 5 and 6), along whose edge is linked a bar (10) of semiannular section from which hangs the curtain (3).

The device (5) for actuating the support frame (2) comprises a linear actuator (11) (figures from 3 to 5) of the piston type whose cylinder (12) is hinged as minimum to a second palomilla (13), in correspondence with a respective hinge (13a) integral with the wall equipped (4) on which is mounted the cabin, shown schematically and simplified at the top, and whose rod (14) is hinged to the swivel arm (7) in a position that is not aligned with the eyelet of the two palomillas (8 and 13).
