Field of the Invention

This Addendum Patent concerns some improvements related to the object of the Invention Patent P-200202591, which describes a system intended to the construction of a furniture-shelving unit to laboratory equipment, which seeks a high degree of Modulability and versatility to enable variants constructive adapted to the wide range of derived needs of the essay and research work in the Campos de la Physics and Chemistry, due to the sizes, distribution and location of the furniture, devices and services that must be installed in the same, to the work positions (standing or sitting), between other of the multiple facets to consider in this field.

Prior art

By its very nature the state of the invention of this Addition Patent is constituted by the same essential content that covers the Invention Patent P-200202591 and that, referring to its First Claim, concerns a constructive system of laboratory furniture-shelving comprising two uprights of metal profiles, two first brackets, two second brackets, third-party couples, and successive brackets, a horizontal frame, a vertical registration frame, ones upper and lower hollow gutters, a worktop, a countertop supplement, registration doors, shelves without cantilever, shelves with cantilever, electric gutter with luminaire, frontal flanges, desktop services, air services, tower services, deep trays liquid collection, hanging cabinets, muddy; in where: the metal profile studs extend from the floor to the top of the wall cabinet and, both in its songs vertical as on their sides, they have means that are susceptible to enable simultaneous clamping on its front sides and rear of said first, second and third brackets, and successive, as well as these metal profile studs are capable of supporting each other the vertical frame, the upper and lower gutters, countertop supplement, shelves without cantilever and cantilever, tower services, deep liquid collection trays, showcases hung and muddy; the first brackets are fixed on the feet of the metal profile uprights and rest on soil; the second brackets are subject to clamping optional in at least two different ergonomic heights of uprights of metal profiles; the horizontal frame is attached between the second brackets; the worktop is subject to horizontal frame; the vertical registration frame is attached between the uprights of metal profiles; the upper gutters e bottom are horizontally coupled at the respective edges upper and lower vertical frame and extend between both uprights of metal profiles; countertop supplement is coupled on the upper hollow channel gutter vertical and incorporates service elements; and the third, and successive brackets are susceptible to selective clamping in various heights of metal profile studs.

Explanation of the invention and advantages

In the field outlined in the Addition Patent that now we are concerned with some execution variants intended to the means to regulate at will the position in height of the worktop, and which are a means of regulation selectively variable continuously or discontinuously.

As for the means of continuous regulation a execution mode of the height adjustment device selectively variable is that the uprights have in their vertical ridges paths longitudinal grooves that in its Open longitudinal side are narrower than inside and that in this interior are susceptible to receiving some closures of pressure installed in the second brackets. Using grooves vertical as said, the invention contemplates two other execution variants: the first is that you are vertical grooves incorporated into its breast, and with adjustment sliding, a plate equipped with threaded holes for respective first screws installed in the second brackets; and the second is that vertical grooves are constituting sliding coupling means that are reciprocals of others existing in the second brackets, these second brackets are attached to the horizontal frame and this horizontal frame is fixed to the end of a plunger belonging to a vertical cylinder of fluid. Another way of embodiment that is not based on vertical grooves consists in which there are paths vertical toothed zippers that are fixed to the uprights and in which some are engaged Motorized sprockets that are subject to the second brackets.

As for the height adjustment means of discontinuously, this Addendum Patent contemplates two possibilities. A first possibility is that the songs uprights and with convenient distribution have a plurality of threaded holes for respective seconds screws that are installed in the second brackets. The second possibility is that in which the vertical edges of the uprights have a convenient grooving between slots successive, while the second brackets have a pair of tabs capable of being coupled in said grooves of said slotted successive or not.

Figure 2 is an enlarged view of detail II which appears circled in figure 1 and shows a variant of the height-adjustable means selectively variable in manner continued, in accordance with this invention.

Figures 3 to 5 are enlarged views such as that of Figure 2, but referred to as many other variants of the media height control selectively variable continuously, according to this invention.

Figures 6 and 7 are similar to Figures 2 to 5, but now referring to different variants of the means of selectively variable height adjustment, discontinuously according to this invention.

Exhibition of a preferred embodiment

The characteristics of this Patent of Addition are explained below according to figures 1 to 7 of the attached graphic representation; they refer to some variants of selectively variable regulation means of the worktop height (9) for laboratory furniture-shelving that are constituted according to the construction system advocated by the Invention Patent P-200202591 and of which it is a merely illustrative example the configuration shown in the Figure 1 attached.

Figures 2 to 5 illustrate respective variants of means of regulation in this regard that are of which enable continuous regulation. The variant shown in the Figure 2 is that the uprights (1) have their edges vertical longitudinal grooves paths (25) than on its side  Longitudinal open are narrower than inside and in this interior are likely to receive some pressure closures (26) installed on the second brackets (3).

In the solution shown in figure 3 there are longitudinal grooves (25) like the previous ones, but incorporating in its interior and with sliding adjustment a plate (27) equipped with threaded holes (28) for respective first screws (29) installed in the second brackets (3).

Also the longitudinal grooves (25) they are part of the variant illustrated in figure 4, where they are constituting sliding coupling means that are reciprocals of others existing in the second brackets (3), these second brackets (3) are attached to the horizontal frame (5) and this  horizontal frame (5) is fixed to the end of a plunger (31) belonging to a vertical cylinder of fluid (30).

Figure 5 shows a solution where they are not precise longitudinal grooves (25), but to achieve the continuous and selectively variable height regulation exist paths vertical serrated zippers (32) that are fixed to the uprights (1) and in which some pinions are engaged motorized (33) that are subject to the second brackets (3).

Figures 6 and 7 illustrate respective solutions to achieve the intended regulation but in a way discontinuous, that is, in sections. The variant shown in the figure 6 is that the vertical edges of the uprights (1) and with convenient distribution have a plurality of threaded holes (34) for respective second screws (35) that are installed in the second brackets (3). On the other hand, figure 7 illustrates the variant consisting of the vertical edges of the uprights (1) have a groove (36) of convenient passage between slots successive, while the second brackets (3) have a pair of tabs (37) capable of being coupled in individual grooves of said slotted (36) successive or not.
