Abstract

A refrigerator in which the cell defining the storage compartment has protruding supports for shelves, at least one pair of protruding supports (4; 6) that cooperate mutually to support a shelf (10; 11) that have an interruption (8) dividing each support (4; 6) into two parts (4a, 4b, 6a, 6b), presenting the shelf (10; 11) terminal appendages (15) arranged to pass through said interruption (8), and incoming (14; 14¿) arranged to exceed one (4a, 6a) of said parts without interfering with it, characterized in that the compartment is obtained by vacuum forming and the supports are formed together with the compartment, providing continuous protruding supports (5 ; 7) below the respective interrupted supports (4; 6), to allow the shelf to be passed from the interrupted supports (4; 6) to the continuous supports (5; 7) located immediately below.

Description

Refrigerator with mobile shelves.

This invention relates to a refrigerator of according to the preamble of claim 1. Such refrigerator is described in DE 298 13 644 U.

To move the shelves to different positions, it is usually necessary to empty them of the products they contain, remove them completely from the storage compartment, reinsert them to the desired height (position) supporting the corresponding supports, then recharge them with Products previously removed. Position a shelf different (often necessary to allow them to be placed in he relatively large products) is therefore an operation decidedly cumbersome, which is why the present invention proposes a solution that allows a shelf to be moved from one position to another without having to empty it and remove it completely.

This result is achieved through a refrigerator according to the teachings of the claims that are accompany.

In the figures, reference number 1 indicates the refrigerator envelope (the example illustrates a refrigerator of the type called under-counter), and 2 indicates the relative cell that defines conservation compartment 3 and obtained by vacuum formation. The cell presents, in a whole piece (i.e. formed together with it), means of outstanding support for shelves, these means being located on the two opposite side walls 2A of the cell.

Figure 1 shows four types of media support, indicated by 4, 5, 6 and 7, respectively. The means of support 4 and 6 form an interruption. The interruptions are indicated by 8 and divide these support means into two parts indicated by 4a, 4b and 6a, 6b. The support means 5 and 7 are continuous and under the support means 4 and 6, respectively.

The length of parts 4a, 6a (equal between yes) is indicated by L, its outstanding part (see Figure 2) indicated by P.

The shelves 10, 11 that can be used are substantially of two types (shown in Figures 2 and 3). He shelf 10 comprises a glass sheet 12 surrounded by a frame of jointly molded plastic 13. Presents, on each side by the resting on the support means in the cell, an entrant 14 of depth slightly greater than said dimension P and of longitudinal extension slightly greater than the said dimension L. The entrees in question are located at the back of the shelf and are delimited (from the back) by appendices of guide 15 that form an integral part of the frame 13. A shelf of this type is shown schematically in Figure 1, in which it has been positioned by the user (moving it in the direction of the arrow F) in the position that allows it to pass the means of support 6 to the support means immediately below 7. From this position the shelf can move vertically, with the projections 15 going through interrupts 8 and the incoming 14 (which are in a position coinciding with the parts 6a), exceeding the aforementioned parts. When the outgoing 15 do contact with the support means immediately below 7, the shelf 10 moves in the opposite direction to arrow F, to place it in its new position of use.

To change a shelf from a means of support 4 to the support means immediately below 5, the shelf moves so that the protrusions 15 follow the trajectory indicated by arrows K.

Instead of shelf 10 the shelf can be used 11, this being formed of metal rods and shown in the Figure 3, in whose equivalent parts and / or corresponding to those of Figure 2 carry the same reference numbers plus a apostrophe.

A refrigerator in which the cell defining the storage compartment has protruding supports for shelves, at least one pair of protruding supports (4; 6) that cooperate mutually to support a shelf (10; 11) that have an interruption ( 8) dividing each support (4; 6) into two parts (4a, 4b, 6a, 6b), presenting the shelf (10; 11) terminal appendages (15) arranged to pass through said interruption (8), and recesses (14; 14 ') arranged to exceed one (4a, 6a) of said parts without interfering with it, characterized in that the compartment is obtained by vacuum forming and the supports are formed jointly with the compartment, providing continuous protruding supports (5; 7) below the respective interrupted supports (4; 6), to allow the shelf to be passed from the interrupted supports (4; 6) to the continuous supports (5; 7) located immediately below. 2. A refrigerator according to the claim 1, wherein the shelf (10) comprises a sheet of glass (12) surrounded by a plastic frame (13), presenting the incoming frame (14) delimited in the back by appendices (15) (Figure 2). 3. A refrigerator according to the claim 1, wherein the shelf (11) is constructed of metal rods and presents incoming (14 ') delimited in its part rear by appendages (15 ').
