Cover (10) of plastic material for the preservation of articles (12) flat, comprising the cover (10): a front side (A) and a rear side (B) of a sheet of plastic material joined by lines longitudinal and transverse welding (15, 16, 17, 22A, 22B) to form at least one receptacle (11) on the front side; each receptacle (11) comprising an open upper edge (21), a welded lower edge (22B), and welded side edges (15, 16) extending between said upper and lower edges (21, 22B), characterized in that in the proximity of at least one welded side edge (15), the receptacle (11) comprises an intermediate welding line (19, 19 ', 19'',19''') which has at least fastening means (20) of the article for retaining the article (12) by friction, by means of pressure forces caused by said fastening means (20) of the article within the elongated receptacle between opposite welding lines (16, 19; 19 ' , 19 ''; 16, 19 '''); and because the guide means (19, 19 ', 19'',19''') are arranged to slide the article (12) slidably towards said fastening means (20) of the article.

2. Cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the guide means (19, 19 ', 19'',19''') of the article extend from the open edge (21) of the receptacle (11) to the means of subject (20) of the article.

3. Sleeve, according to claim 1, characterized in that the minimum space between said opposing weld lines (16, 19; 19 ', 19''; 16, 19''') measured in parallel to the transverse weld (22A, 22B ), is slightly larger than the corresponding width dimension of the article (12) to be fastened.

4. Sleeve according to claim 1, characterized in that said article fastening means comprise a small welding zone (20, 20 ', 20'') of a welding line (19, 19', 19 '', 19 ''') which has an inclined part from the open side of the receptacle (11) and, at least, on a lateral edge.

5. Sleeve, according to claim 4, characterized in that said welding lines (19, 19 ', 19'',19''') have a triangular or arcuate shape.

6. Cover according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises at least a first and second receptacles arranged side by side.

7. Cover, according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has perforations along its lateral edge (18).

8. Cover according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a self-adhesive material on the back side.
