Abstract
Aparato prensador para pastas, frutas, carnes, purés, y similares, caracterizado por que consiste en un cuerpo tronco-cónico que tiene en uno de sus lados y hacia el extremo de menor diámetro, un embudo o tolva por donde se introduce el producto que se desea prensar, el cual cae a un tornillo sin fin de anchas espiras (situado debajo del embudo y dentro del cuerpo del aparato) que está unido a un taco también tronco-cónico, destinado a prensar la pasta conducida por el tornillo sin fin cuando se acciona la manivela colocada en el extremo de este.
