The current technique contemplates the existence of different types of floor and decorative plate manufacturing of various characteristics and finishes, generally using as face view, marble slabs, terraces, different types of agglomerated materials as well as ceramic pieces, specifying in all types of flooring used or decorative plates, a cement base or mixtures of cement agglomerates, using in all cases, very heavy and generally large materials thickness, being susceptible to cracking and cracking, being used in some cases, expensive glass views, being very wear-sensitive with daily use, while the manufacturing process at hand, significantly improves Known media, acting as base and medium resistant, plates or tempered glass sheets as face view, of a thickness variable that for example can range between 6 and 12 millimeters, using the thicknesses according to the needs in each case, whose tempered glass has a high resistance to thermal shock, to heavy weight impacts in free fall, great compressive, flexural and tensile strength whose values will always be variable according to the thickness of the glass and its point of application. The crystal reaches a resistance at very high compression approximately 10,000 Kg per cm2 and its hardness to scratch is equal to that of quartz.
Esencialmente, el procedimiento de fabricación de pavimentos y placas decorativas en pavimento romano y otras aplicaciones objeto del presente registro, consiste en:Essentially, the manufacturing process of pavements and decorative plates in Roman pavement and others Applications object of this registry, consists of:
1°.- Verter sobre la placa de cristal previamente bien limpia y seca, (condición primordial), el dibujo formando cuadritos de mayor o menor tamaño, o de cualquier otro dibujo no especificado, marcando el dibujo previsto en rayas finísimas así como vetas con el color de la raya que corresponda al dibujo a realizar, de forma que, dicho dibujo se realizará en pantalla adecuada para obtener un perfecto marcado sin errores ni roturas, con el fin de que el dibujo base salga sin defectos ni imperfecciones.1 .- Pour onto the glass plate previously very clean and dry, (primary condition), the drawing forming small or larger squares, or any other drawing not specified, marking the planned drawing in thin stripes as well as streaks with the color of the stripe that corresponds to the drawing a make, so that said drawing will be done on screen suitable for perfect marking without errors or breakages, in order for the base drawing to come out without defects or imperfections
Once the glass is marked by the backplane either flat or with reliefs with a base drawing forming pictures or several drawings, the marking will be left in its drying phase, during several hours conditioned on the type of paint and conditions atmospheric, so that once the first drawing has dried, start marking a second drawing with another color at various points of the glass piece, followed by the corresponding drying and so successively, until all the colors that have been marked you must bring the drawing of the pavement or decorative plate, once marked the glass either flat or embossed by means of the different screens or special climbs that are used for the desired drawing, the first manufacturing phase ends.
You can go through a drying oven of about 300 degrees and in a couple of hours you can apply another color to Get the desired drawing first.
As 2nd phase and after the drying process, at be the piece of glass with the drawing printed in conditions appropriate, we automatically pour a thin layer of color of approximately one millimeter, whose color layer will carry incorporated into the dough, metal particles that give the applied mass greater strength and consistency to the part of the drawing applied on the glass, forming in two layers only one of "unity and resistance" together, due to class and mix of the mass with metallic particles with the different layers of color that make up the decoration of the piece.
Then the 3rd phase occurs, which it will be formed by a layer of grip, which will constitute the last pavement layer or decorative plate, whose last layer is prepared with a special mixture, provided with up to 10% of special cement and 5% colorless moisture cream paint, while the remaining percentage will be formed of colored grip material of different shades, whose materials they will be anti-humidity, high mechanical resistance and very hard, to help the second layer of grip, obtaining a product with a perfect imitation of `` Roman Mosaic '' of glass with its three layers of material in manufacture `` Bright-resistant and grip '', being at own highly decorative weather, moisture insulator, Usable for floors, walls and gates to decorate, exterior facades, pool exteriors, glass parts Unbreakable tempered of high quality, strength and brilliance finely decorated with colored paintings.
After the last layer of grip, it is left dry for a few hours at room temperature, leaving the material arranged for packaging and storage either in multi-piece packages according to size or save the pieces loose by sizes.
