Abstract

Un procedimiento de preparar compuestos de la fórmula general **(Ver fórmula)** o sus sales acidas de adición donde R1 es un grupo alcohilo de cadena recta o ramificada que tiene de uno a seis átomos de carbono o un grupo ciloalcohilico o un grupo de la fórmula **(Ver fórmula)** donde R4 es hidrógeno o está en la posición ortometa o para y es un grupo alcohilico que tiene de uno a tres átomos de carbono que puede llevar un grupo amino como sustituyenteun grupo alcoxi que tiene de uno a tres átomos de carbonoo un grupo benciloxiun acilocarboxi (o una sal alcalina o alcalinoterrea o aminica de los mismos) alcoxi carbonilocarbamihilocianonitrohalógenohidroxialcohilsulfonilo o N-nitroso-Nalcohilaminoo un grupo NR5R6donde R5 es un grupo aciloalcoxicarboniloalcohilsufonilo o carbamohilo y R6 es hidrógeno o un grupo alcohilo con desde uno hasta cuatro átomos de carbono que puede llevar por lo menos un grupo hidroxilo sobre un átomo de carbono o sobre átomos de carbono distintos del adyacente al átomo de nitrógeno; R2 y R3 son los mismo o diferentes y son hidrógenos o grupos alcohilo con desde uno hasta cuatro átomos de carbono que pueden llevar uno o más grupos hidroxilo en un átomo de carbón o en átomos de carbono distintos del adyacente al átomo de nitrógeno; M es una cadena alifática que contiene de uno a ocho átomos de carbono y que opcionalmente contiene un doble o un triple enlacecaracterizado porque en un compuesto de la fórmula **(Ver fórmula)** donde el grupo R7 designa un grupo según se ha definido para R1 y el grupo R8 designa un grupo que puede convertirse en grupo amino primariosecundario o terciario NR2 R3el grupo R8 se convierte en una forma conocida en si misma en tal grupo amino ysi se deseauno de los grupos definidos para R4cuando el mismo está presentese convierte en otro de dichos grupos.
