Abstract

Procedimiento para la recuperación de productos lácteos y derivados y aparato para su realización. El procedimiento prevé proceder a una primera fase de desenvasado y posterior tamizado para recuperación de partículas y productos añadidos, pasando a continuación a una etapa de homogeneización con agitación simultánea, pasando después a una etapa de separación selectiva que da lugar a un producto que contiene el residuo seco y agua y un efluente compuesto por ácido láctico, lactosa, agua, minerales y otros, que sometida a un nueva separación selectiva permite separar el ácido láctico del resto de componentes.
