Abstract

Lente progresiva. La lente "L" de la invención presenta una geometría exterior progresiva asférica o esférica en la que la zona de visión de lejos (2'') afecta a la mayor parte de la superficie de la lente "L", permitiendo una visión lateral perfecta desde cualquier angulación ocular. La zona de visión intermedia (3'') presenta en su progresión de la zona de lejos (2'') a la zona de cerca (4''), una deformación en forma de toroide, siendo su anchura variable. La lente proporciona una visión a través de dichas zonas, libre de aberraciones astigmáticas, ya que la incorporación de la zona toroidal (3'') elimina el astigmatismo producido por la progresión.
