Abstract

Tratamiento de purines mediante desnitrogenación y degradación de materia orgánica. El procedimiento comprende dos etapas, una primera de retirada de nitrógeno amoniacal del purín, que se puede dividir en seis etapas, separación de sólidos del purín bruto, una basificación con cal, seguida de una nueva decantación en dos fases, para a continuación llevar a cabo la desorción del amoniaco en una torre de relleno con aire. La siguiente subetapa comprende la absorción del amoniaco del aire en otra torre mediante ácido sulfúrico. El purín tratado es aumentado su pH en una balsa. La segunda etapa consiste en la degradación de la materia orgánica del purín tratado. Esta fase puede dividirse en dos subetapas, la degradación de materia orgánica propiamente dicha consistente en un reactor anaerobio de lecho fluidizado, y el aprovechamiento energético del biogás producido, en la calcinación de los fangos de decantación del purín basificado.Treatment of slurry by denitrogenation and degradation of organic matter.
