Abstract

Procedimiento para la limpieza de residuos plásticos e instalación correspondiente. Consiste en un sistema de limpieza donde el material plástico se introduce en principio dentro de un cuerpo tubular (3) ubicado en una masa de agua u otro fluido adecuado, de manera que dentro de ese cuerpo tubular (3) existe un agitador (5) que remueve el agua junto con el material a limpiar a fin de que se desprenda la suciedad que caerá por gravedad a un depósito inferior (4). El giro del agitador impulsa el material plástico hasta una boca donde se han previsto unos medios de extracción del material para transportarlo hasta un agitador centrífugo (17) ubicado en el interior de una carcasa orificada (17). En este agitador (17) se produce el escurrido del material y también el desprendimiento de las partículas de suciedad restantes que caerán junto con el agua de escurrido a un segundo depósito inferior (22) donde existe un sinfín extractor que transporta dichas partículas hasta un recipiente móvil. Posteriormente, el material es impulsado mediante el agitador centrifugo (20) hasta un compactador de secado (21).Procedure for cleaning plastic waste and corresponding installation.
