Abstract

Sistema de limpieza para chatarra de perfiles de aluminio, ideado para mejorar su calidad, preferentemente para cuando ha de reciclarse, caracterizado porque en una primera fase el material es clasificado, para seguidamente procederse a su troceado y posterior molienda, después de la cual el producto es sometido a la eliminación del hierro por medio de un imán de banda permanente de donde pasa a la granulación y siguiente paso por otro imán de banda permanente. Después de la última fase de eliminación del hierro en su imán correspondiente, el material es cribado para separar las partículas inferiores a 3mm. Finalmente se procede a la separación de los diferentes materiales en un separador densimétrico del cual obtendremos por un lado aluminio limpio, mientras que por otra parte se presentan los residuos inertes, tales como fracciones de plásticos, gomas, juntas de condensación, etc.
