Abstract
Extracto tánico vegetal, procedimiento para su obtención y su utilización como agente de curtido para pieles. La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la obtención de un extracto tánico vegetal que comprende las siguientes etapas: I) utilización como fuente de taninos del orujo de la uva; II) preparación de una disolución de un agente sulfonante y una cantidad de agua; III) simultáneamente, mezcla de la disolución obtenida en la etapa II) con el orujo de la uva en un reactor a temperatura y presión; IV) separación sólido-líquido; y VI) finalmente, purificación y concentración del extracto obtenido. También se refiere a un extracto tánico vegetal obtenible según el procedimiento definido anteriormente, y a su utilización como agente de curtido para pieles. La invención proporciona un procedimiento que permite obtener un extracto tánico a partir del orujo de la uva que sea soluble o dispersable en agua fría con bajo coste.Vegetable tannic extract, procedure for obtaining it and its use as a tanning agent for skins. The invention relates to a process for obtaining a plant tannic extract comprising the following steps: I) use as a source of tannins from the grape marc; II) preparation of a solution of a sulfonating agent and an amount of water; III) simultaneously, mixing the solution obtained in step II) with the grape pomace in a reactor at temperature and pressure; IV) solid-liquid separation; and VI) finally, purification and concentration of the extract obtained. It also refers to a plant tannic extract obtainable according to the procedure defined above, and its use as a tanning agent for skins. The invention provides a process that allows a tannic extract to be obtained from the grape pomace that is soluble or dispersible in cold water at low cost.
