Abstract

The waste water biopurifier oxygen consumption rate estimation comprises mathematical modelling of the variation in the dissolved oxygen (DO) in the biological reactor. The air input (KLa = oxygen transfer coefficient), the DO transport and the consumption through biological activity are considered in calibrating the KLa and restructuring the expression of the (DO). The data are obtained from the control and monitoring apparatus of the biopurification stations.
