Abstract

Un método para separar componentes de materia vegetal que comprende por lo menos partes de hojas y/o tallos, con la característica de que el material es por lo menos desfibrado y posteriormente separado en una fracción de fibra y un torrente de jugo, de modo que la fracción de fibra está principalmente compuesta por tejidos relativamente firmes como epidermis, esclerénquima y haces vasculares, y el torrente de jugo está compuesto principalmente por tejidos blandos como parénquima y citosol.
