Abstract

It comprises a liquid preparation and a solid support, said liquid preparation comprising an enzyme of the hydrolase type and said solid support a natural gum and a technological additive acceptable for animal feed. Said premix is in a weight ratio of 1 to 2.5% with respect to an amount of food diet in a composition intended for the animal food diet. It also refers to a procedure for the inhibition of the colonization of Gram (-) bacteria in the intestinal tract of animals using said premix in their diet. The premix based on natural rubber diffuses more easily in the digestive tract, being effective in preventing the proliferation of salmonella.
