Abstract
Procedimiento de fabricación de un acero austenítico al manganeso microaleadol. El procedimiento está previsto para obtener un acero austenítico al manganeso microaleado, con medio/alto contenido de carbono, medio/bajo contenido en manganeso y bajo contenido de molibdeno, a cuya composición química se le añaden titanio y niobio, o bien titanio o vanadio, o bien titanio, vanadio y niobio, proporcionando unos precipitados en la composición química que originan efectos afinadores del tamaño del grano, que inhiben el crecimiento del grano para conseguir una buena tenacidad, y a la vez producen un endurecimiento por precipitación en el interior de los granos que mejoran la resistencia de la abrasión. El procedimiento se basa fundamentalmente en realizar un afino en cuchara en dos fases, consistentes en que en el fondo de la cuchara se dispone un desoxidante y una proporción adecuada de ferro-niobio o ferro- vanadio, comenzando sobre ellos el vertido del metal y después, realizados aproximadamente la mitad o tres cuartos del vertido del metal fundido, añadir ferro-titanio. El acero austenítico obtenido es de elevada tenacidad y notable resistencia a la abrasión.Manufacturing process of a manganese austenitic steel microaleadol.
