ESTA INVENCION DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA MEDIR LA VELOCIDAD DE UN VEHICULO TRANSMITIENDO UN HAZ DE ONDA DIRIGIDO AL VEHICULO, RECIBIENDO UNA PARTE DEL HAZ DE ONDA REFLEJADO POR EL VEHICULO, COMPARANDO LA PARTE DEL HAZ REFLEJADO CON EL HAZ DE ONDA TRANSMITIDA Y OBTENIENDO DE ESTA COMPARACION LA VELOCIDAD DEL VEHICULO, CON LO CUAL, DURANTE LA MEDICION DE LA VELOCIDAD PUEDE DETERMINARSE TAMBIEN LA POSICION DEL VEHICULO. DE ESTA FORMA PUEDE IDENTIFICARSE SIN AMBIGUEDAD A UN VEHICULO QUE COMETA UNA INFRACCION, EN UNA GRABACION EFECTUADA DESPUES DE LA DETECCION DE LA INFRACCION POR EXCESO DE VELOCIDAD.
