Abstract

Horno constituido por: una carcasa que circunda un compartimento de cocción y un compartimento de ventilación, y que dispone de medios para hacer circular el aire por el interior de dicho compartimento de cocción; una puerta montada en la citada carcasa; y un interruptor de seguridad capaz de desconectar los citados dispositivos de circulación de aire cuando la citada puerta se abra más allá de un punto predeterminado en un intervalo mayor del 10%, aproximadamente, pero no más allá de aquel punto de apertura que deje accesible el compartimento de ventilación al operario del horno.
