Abstract

Dispositivo que forma un calentador de inmersión que comprende un colector (1) con forma de tubo cerrado de manera estanca en sus dos extremos y que contiene un líquido portador de calor a calentar (2), y alojado de manera estanca en el colector (1) bañándose en el líquido portador de calor (2) se encuentra un cartucho estanco de calefacción (3) con resistencia eléctrica interna calentadora (5) inmersa en el cartucho (3) estando ésta eléctricamente aislada de este último, caracterizado porque comprende un cortacircuito térmico (8) alojado en el colector (1) de manera estanca, eléctricamente asilado del líquido portador de calor (2) y conectado en serie con la resistencia eléctrica calentadora (5), ocupando una posición normalmente cerrada de alimentación de corriente eléctrica de la resistencia eléctrica (5), pudiéndose abrir el cortacircuito (8) cuando el líquido portador de calor (2) es llevado a una temperatura igual o superior a un valor de umbral predeterminado.
