Abstract
Instalación de tratamiento de aguas residuales por evaporación y oxidación catalítica. El objeto de la invención es el tratamiento de aguas contaminadas por compuestos volátiles o no volátiles. Concretamente, el invento consiste en la evaporación del agua residual, su mezcla con aire de dilución previamente calentado y la oxidación catalítica del vapor, concentrando los contaminantes a una fracción de su volumen anterior. Se prevé la regulación de dicha evaporación según la explosividad de la mezcla obtenida. La invención puede aplicarse al tratamiento conjunto de aguas residuales emisiones de gases. Los elementos más importantes son entrada de aire de dilución (1) y/o aire de proceso (17), pre-intercambiador de calor (2), alimentación (3), evaporador (4), intercambiador de calor (5) y fluido caliente (7), bomba de recirculación (6), dosificación (15), demister (8), purga concentrado(16), soplante (9), detector de explosividad (10), intercambiador de calor principal (11), quemador (12), reactor (13), emisión (14).Installation of wastewater treatment by evaporation and catalytic oxidation. The regulation of said evaporation is foreseen according to the explosiveness of the mixture obtained. The invention can be applied to the joint treatment of wastewater gas emissions.
