Abstract

Nueva formulación galénica del omeprazol en forma de comprimidos, procedimiento para su preparación y aplicaciones en medicina humana y en veterinaria. Dicha capa aislante se obtiene por atomización sobre dichos núcleos de una mezcla de un aglutinante o pegamento, un disgregante de alta velocidad de disgregación, un diluyente inerte, un desecante interno, un medio de suspensión y un lubricante. Por último, dicha capa gastrorresistente se aplica por atomización sobre dicha capa aislante de una mezcla de un material de film gastrorresistente, un diluyente y un lubricante.
