Abstract

Proceso flexible de decoración de productos cerámicos. La presente invención parte de la obtención de láminas flexibles compuestas de polvo cerámico y material polimérico con cargas de polvo cerámico entre un 70-90%. Las láminas se obtienen por medio de un sistema de colado en cinta a partir de suspensiones acuosas que contienen: polvo cerámico, dispersante, aglomerante, ligante, antiespumante y bactericida. Dichas láminas se depositan sobre una superficie de colado, se secan, se troquelan, se decoran y se aplican sobre superficies cerámicas en verde. El conjunto se sinteriza en un ciclo de monococción. El proceso es compatible con la tecnología actual y la aplicación de las láminas se realiza como una etapa adicional del proceso productivo actual, previo a la entrada en el horno de las piezas cerámicas. La flexibilidad del proceso permite la decoración de pequeñas series y decoración personalizada.
